apartment is very large and roomy. very clean and neat. it was nice having 2 bathrooms. plenty of hot water for the showers. nice cafe on ground floor right on the beach with private area if wanted. windows and balcony are not ocean facing. owner was very responsive.

We had a great 2-night stay in Faenza. The apartment was centrally located and just a pleasant 13-minute walk from the train station, making it very convenient. It had all the amenities needed for a short stay, and the bed was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the lovely view from the apartment. Do note that it’s on the third floor with no elevator - not an issue for us, but worth keeping in mind. Check-in was smooth and welcoming. Luisa met us in person and walked us through the apartment, explaining everything clearly. She was very lovely and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again!

Paola was very kind. It was really like being at home! Comfortable, clean, quiet apartment equipped with every comfort. Paola also provided water, cookies, crackers, and coffee! And he also gave us a gift at the end of the holiday... really unexpected! ❤️

New very nice place, great location on the beach

The apartment met expectations, was very clean and tidy with every comfort, it was well heated with all services, very close to the historic center and many other services, I recommend it ☺️

The accommodation is close to shops so it is very convenient. There is always a place to park, it is a luxury. After the visits, we can go to the beach very quickly. Our host is always available and at our disposal to answer questions. No difficulty entering the apartment, everything is simple thanks to his explanations. It's clean and spacious. For a short stay in Ravenna, you can rent with your eyes closed. We are very happy.

This is a wonderful place to stay and visit Cesena. The host thought of everything, with all the amenities well thought out! We arrived late due the train strike and canceled trains, but our host was helpful and flexible. The place is a very nice size and close to lots of great restaurants and things to do in the downtown core. Loved this stay! Would highly recommend.

The home is awesome!! In walking distance from the center and maximum 10 minutes on foot from the train station / buses. Very nicely furnished, extremely clean and with much more amenities than we needed ❤️ air conditioning in each room was very helpful🙏, we could keep the door closed to the little girl's room without being afraid of the temperature. Robert helped us a lot with check in earlier, we received a lot of information, we were shown all the amenities of the apartment and we received very useful recommendations for restaurants nearby ❤️ even interested in our holiday during the stay. This is the perfect place to stay if you are watching the F1. The apartment was spotlessly clean. The host are incredible, having supplied breakfast etc for us. Genuinely one of the best places we have stayed, highly recommend!

I've been a guest for almost a week at the place and had a great time. Gentle and available host. The apartment is well furnished with a kitchen and bathroom equipped with everything you need to stay a few days, without having to adapt to what is usually (not) available to the guest. Highly recommended!

New, very clean apartment, in a nice condominium, a stone's throw from everything but located in a quiet area. The reserved parking space is definitely a plus. Considering the quality of the services, you can get around without a car. Enrico and his mother are very kind and communicative. We will definitely be back.

This was our 1st family experience in an Airbnb. It was fantastic! we had plenty of space. The home was spotless and had everything we needed! Frederica was always extremely responsive! This experience will make it difficult for other hosts to live up to! She and her home were fabulous!!! I would highly recommend anyone to stay in this home. It was walking distance to restaurants, historical sights, and extremely safe! We'd rate this place a 5+.

Excellent accommodation. In a private and quiet neighborhood. Private parking for one car but numerous parking spots nearby. Easy access to the sea on foot and close to the center and restaurants. Michelangelo is a very friendly and responsive person. It's a pleasure communicating with him. If I had to find a small defect I would say that there was a lack of equipment in the kitchen such as basic necessities (pepper, oil, etc.) and some dishes for 6 people (cups, wine glasses). For the rest, no complaints. Recommended

upon entering the property Luna was amazing. she provided us snacks/wine and even recommendations on where to go. she also is a bartender so she provided us an aperitivo one night with a ton of snacks. overall the place was amazing, we got there on a rainy day and looking at the hills surrounding us were magical. only thing for improvement is the soundproofing, we ended up getting some really loud guests next to us that would love to blast Bachata music, woke me and the wife up at 4:30 in the morning. had to go over and knock on the door. even when they watched movies they had it on super loud. as side from that, I would definitely go back. felt really peaceful and the grounds are very well kept.

We stayed three weeks from Simona in the Peonia apartment. The enchanting place stands out for its absolute peace, cleanliness, well-kept spaces with indescribable love and dedication. Simona and Valentina are available in every aspect and at the same time know how to be discreet and never intrusive, which I really appreciated. They generously offered us their precious agricultural products and we were able to enjoy outdoor spaces in full freedom and privacy. The apartment is modern, functional and tasteful. The equipped kitchen, the spacious and cool room, the bathroom wonderful. A laundry room complete with a washing machine, clothesline and ice maker is available. Very comfortable parking with automatic gate...And then Simona's dogs are always well-behaved in place. We really loved the location immersed in the countryside, but close to the sea and the comfort of the pool and a quiet environment. Thank you for everything!

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Such a peaceful location, you can fully relax here, it is like your home away from home. with comfortable bed, and living area we were able to spread out and relax for the first time in days. we did not feel the need to go out and simply enjoyed a bottle of wine. while we had ours with us, we noticed the host had several to purchase in unit. would not change anything about this place it was perfect.

Everyone comments on the noise of the train. We hardly noticed it. The windows are sound proof when closed. Great black out curtains too in the bedroom. Had a lovely stay. Great coffee shop nearby and found some exceptional restaurants. Great recommendations by host. Loved it So nice to have olive oil, milk, balsamic and some staples in the house - thank you! Nice bedding too! Would we stay again? In a heartbeat. The cycling was fantastic and we for fit lugging our bikes up the 2 flights of stairs ha ha.
