Nous avons fait un très bon séjour chez Yuliia. Le logement est bien situé, proche du secteur d'Omaha Beach, ce qui a facilité nos déplacements en vélo afin de vivre pleinement les festivités du D-Day. Un grand plus est un logement très propre dans un environnement paisible.

We had a great stay at this property. It is central to all of the beaches for the Normandy landings. The property was nice and clean felt spacious private area nice and quiet.Port Bessin is only a 10 minute drive with lots of restaurants and is a lovely place to walk around.

Great location, great host. Fast response to inquiries and the place has a full kitchen with all the things you may need. Location is fantastic. Will book again!

This is THE MOST amazing location. Pictures do not do this place justice. It felt like we were staying in a Jane Austen novel. Christian and his wife were the sweetest, most patient and helpful hosts. The place was SPOTLESS, the atmosphere was completely idyllic. It was better than expected, we couldn't believe it when we arrived. This was the true, original kind of Airbnb experience. Personal, comfortable, local. Do not hesitate to book. We wanted to just stay and rest and hang out here for a week. Christian went above and beyond to help us when we had some issues with our car. They stopped by to say goodbye and see us off. It will be our favorite memory from our trip .

A wonderful property with lovely hosts, we enjoyed a relaxed family holiday at St Martin-de-Blagny. Beatrice was really helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen was really well set up for big family meals and we loved exploring the countryside. Thank you very much Beatrice!

Wir sind angekommen und haben uns sofort Zuhause gefühlt. Nach vielen Erkundungen der näheren Umgebung, sind wir uns sicher dass wir genau da wieder hinfahren im nächsten Jahr. Wir haben uns in das Anwesen, die Lage, den Ort und das Hafenstädtchen Port Bessin verliebt. Wir fiebern schon bis zum nächsten Jahr. Danke Laurence für diesen schönen Urlaub.

What a fantastic little gite for exploring the D-Day beaches for a week. The gite is in a great location, feels very rural which we love although it is only 10 minutes from the nearest town of Carentan where you can get food etc.. Great central location to explore the beaches and museums etc. The gite is very well equipped with everything you need for a self catering stay, bonus that Christian also provided a high chair and travel cot for our 1 year old.. Will be back for sure on our next trip as there is so much more we’d like to see..

Il n’est pas facile de trouver un logement pour une réunion de famille ou amis. Ici tout y est. Nombre de chambres et lits, équipements de loisirs pour les petits et les grands, vaisselle sièges eux tout en nombre pour un grand groupe. C’est propre. Ma jardin est joli , comme la maison. Merci encore pour ce week-end !

Je recommande à 100% ce logement. Céline notre hôte était réactive et très amicale. Toutes les instructions étaient claires et le logement conforme aux photos et à nos attentes. Très bien situé et très bien équipé, nous étions avec des enfants en bas âges, nous avions tout ce qu’il fallait. Merci beaucoup pour cette parenthèse normande dans ce très joli cadre.

The cottage was everything advertised and more. Beds were very comfortable; literature was provided for local attractions, groceries restaurants; emergency contacts, etc. Loved the horses on their breeding farm, and the serene rural setting - just the perfect distance from everything we came to see. Our gracious host, Venessa, was bilingual and spoke English, which made communicating with her much easier. The kitchen as well as the entire cottage was beautifully furnished with everything we needed. She had even provided games, and other children items -which we didn’t need - but we appreciated seeing the details given to the needs of visiting families. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to enjoy the pool or hot tub, but would have enjoyed spending time at both amenities, given more time for our trip. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone desiring to travel to the Normandy area of France.

Un logement pratique, bien équipé et à la décoration sobre, idéalement situé sur le port de Grandcamp, dans une résidence parfaitement sécurisée. Tout est accessible à pied, les restaurants, les commerces et la plage...

Un hôte à l'écoute et disponible. Un logement spacieux et très bien équipé pour passer du temps dans la location (piscine, ping-pong, pétanque, billard...). À l'extérieur, le village est calme et la mer est assez proche.

We had an amazing stay at Regine and Eric’s idyllic property, they could not have done more to make us feel welcome. The property is bursting with character and has all necessary facilities. The grounds are beautiful and the swimming pool was the icing on the cake. We can’t wait to return. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Un super séjour, très paisible dans un cadre idyllique. La cabane est irréprochable tant en confort qu’en terme de propreté. Les instructions sont clair et beaucoup de recommandations. Un endroit parfait pour se ressourcer. Pensé écologiquement en prime. Je recommande.

We enjoyed a couple of nights at this lovely accommodation. Hosts very welcoming. Ideal location for visiting D Day beaches. Lovely breakfast each morning with homemade delicious cake. Das Haus direkt am Meer was überwältigigend schön. Sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche Sehr gut ausgestattet von A wie Austernbrecher bis Z wie Zitronenpresse ,alles da um ausgiebig zu Kochen. Internet super schnell ! Es wurde an genügend Steckdosen und Leisten gedacht um elektronische Geräte bequem zu laden. Der Pelletofen ist leicht zu bedienen und bringt eine behagliche Atmosphäre, wenn es draußen stürmt und kalt ist. Die Umgebung ganz wunderbar zum Wandern und Fahrrad fahren. Kleiner Supermarkt in Quinéville. Weitere gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Quettehou ( auch prima Bioladen !) Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub!

A brilliant base for our trip to the Normandy Beachhead over the D-Day celebrations. Jean-Marie was incredibly friendly and the pictures on the advert don’t do the place justice. It’s excellent, a great blend of modern and traditional. Bathroom very good, beds very comfortable, kitchen great. Overall brilliant and best of all Jean Marie checked in with us on our last evening to wish us safe journey home and is always nice knowing that he was just next door in the adjacent property if anything went wrong. Beautiful house, good parking. 10/10 would love to visit again in future. Thank you!

Cadre idyllique 🤩un séjour plus que reposant. C’est vert, c’est calme, c’est le lieu rêvé pour déconnecter… Un régal de sillonner ces petites routes de campagne en vélo. Logement conforme à la description, parfaitement équipé et d’une propreté irréprochable. À conseiller 👍

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Medhi. Il est très accueillant, arrangeant et réactif. Le logement était encore mieux que sur les photos. On s’y sent bien et nos chiens aussi. Un gros plus pour nous de pouvoir trouver ce type de logement avec eux. Proximité des plages, des musées. Un vrai dépaysement. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Het is een fijne centrale locatie om Normandië en de tweede wereld oorlog monumenten en musea te bezichtigen. Inchecken was zeer makkelijk door middel van een sleutelkastje. Het huisje had de faciliteiten zoals beschreven in de beschrijving. Tips: 1. Bij het strand in Géfosse-Fontenay (15 minuten rijden of half uur fietsen) kun je een prachtige zonsondergang bekijken. 2. Les Vergers de Ducy - Domaine de la Flaguerie (25 minuten rijden is een prachtige cider boerderij waar je zelf een rondleiding kunt lopen en je achteraf cider kunt proeven en kopen in het winkeltje.
