The house was built in 1922 by our ancestors who had emigrated to France years before and when coming back, they built pieces of art with multiple Art Nouveau reminiscenses. Consequently, the house offers a special atmosphere which combines the elegance of Modernism with the simplicity and warmth of a nowadays home. Fantastic location for nature lovers in the Unesco heritage site of the Tramuntana mountains! We're on one of the main cycling routes to Sa Calobra as well as the gentler cycleways to Pollenca and Alaro. There are many famous hiking trails in the vicinity too with stunning views across the island. We're located in a lovely, friendly village with local shops and four wonderful restaurants. There are many stunning beaches to choose from, from just 30 minutes to the east of the villa.
