Rosenlundsstugan is a modern cottage in the Rosenlund area in Jönköping, only 3 km from the city center. The cottage is beautifully located near the southern shore of Lake Vättern. Proximity also to Elmia, Rosenlundsbadet and Husqvarna Garden. You rent a completely detached cottage with a living room with kitchen counter and kitchenette, toilet with shower, a bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping loft with two single beds. Before your arrival, the beds are made up according to the number of guests. Welcome to Rosenlundsstugan - modern cottage accommodation in a family environment!

Tree house in the Småland forest

A unique and peaceful accommodation in the middle of the woods. In this tree house, you live up among the trees in a peaceful and quiet place with animals, birds and nature as neighbors. Here, the noise level is quiet, it smells like forest and the air is clean. If you're looking for a place to unwind, you've found the right place. The house is built of wood from the same forest as the house is in and the insulation is wood shavings from floors and walls. For us, it's important to protect the ecological and local environment.

Log cabin outside Jönköping overlooking Granarpssjön. You have access to the dock, swimming raft and boat (boat with electric motor 50 SEK/day) The lake is about 10 meters from the cabin. You'll even have access to the wood-fired sauna on the property. The accommodation is well-suited for families of up to 4 people. There are wonderful hiking/biking opportunities in the area. Taberg, a 15-minute bike ride away, has a nature reserve with several hiking trails. Jönköping is 15 km away. The property has its own patio.

A perfect place for you who want a lovely vacation with the family, a weekend with your partner or a quiet and peaceful place to work. This cottage is located next to Klappasjön in the middle of the Småland forests, about 30 minutes outside Jönköping. You will find your own jetty with a boat 100 meters through the forest from the cottage. A 3-minute walk away, you also have a beautiful public swimming area with a summer café. About 4 km from the cottage, there is a grocery store, pizzeria and train station.

Koppla av i vårt familjevänliga hus från år 1850 och känn hur lugnet infinner sig. Härlig trädgård att vistas i. Det finns allmänna stora grönytor ca 100 m från huset med en naturlekplats. (sockenstugan) Eller boka bagarstugan för en trevlig kväll med familj och vänner. Ca 5 minuters promenad till fin utsikt över byn. Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. Stockeryd's little house - with nature around the corner.

We welcome you to the farm Stockeryd, which is beautifully located surrounded by fields and noble deciduous forest. From the house, you can see the beautiful view of the lake. Relax in the peace and quiet, enjoy the starry sky and birdsong and pet the cute pigs. Nybyggd lägenhet i villa i Jönköping med vacker utsikt över Bårarps backar. Bekvämt boende i toppskick med egen ingång & självinchecknikg. Vi som bor i villan är en lugn barnfamilj. Sköna sängar, en 160 cm dubbel och en 80 cm. Kök med kyl, frysfack, ugn, mikro, utrustning. Fräscht badrum med dusch och tvättmaskin. Golvvärme & modern ventilation. Fläkt men ingen AC. Bra läge. Nås snabbt från E4, väg 40, Elmia & centrum. Gratis parkering på gatan. Stenkast från busslinje.

Cosy guest house on the contryside

Our cosy guest house has its own entrance and is located in the same building as our garage on our spacious yard. By car it is 20 minutes away from the city Jönköping and the E4. Downstairs there is a small pentry, a kitchen table and toilet. Upstairs there is one double bed and two single beds. Note that bed sheets and towels are not included but can be rented for 100 SEK per person. Pillows and duvets are included.

Here you live on the lower floor in our basement house with its own entrance and its own patio. This part of Huskvarna is called the sunny side because of its magical sunsets. We choose good quality sheets/pillows. Towels that give a luxurious feel, and we offer a Jacuzzi and loan of bicycles for a small fee. With us, you are always welcome!

Our place is in a small community close to art and culture, downtown and restaurants and food. You'll love my place because of the small cottage's nice location in a cultural landscape that suits different ages. The cottage is on the grounds where we also live.
