what a beautiful home inside and out!! the view was stunning even though we had some fog during our stay. every part of the home is intentional with so much care to detail. I would stay again in a heartbeat and I would stay for longer. we were very sad to leave including the dog 🐶

The River View House was wonderful! Very quiet and peaceful - great for the 7 guests we brought. The river was fun for a quick dip once in a while. The home was clean and spacious. Plenty of linens, towels, and kitchen dishes for us. Nancy was super responsive and helpful. We are planning to come back to the same rental again! We didn’t add on the studio, but likely will next time if we have more guests or more than 2 couples.

Such a beautiful, secluded stay. We brought all our food and cooked in the well stocked kitchen and outdoor grill. We loved the pool table and piano upstairs. The beach is stunning. And the view — second to none! Can’t wait to return.

The views from the decks and rooms are amazing - even better than the photos. This location is wonderful too and very quiet. I took a walk each morning up the hill and into the Jenner Headlands Preserve - highly recommended. We were lucky to have great weather and thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the lower deck on the outdoor sofas under an umbrella for shade. We didn't use the hot tub, but it is a nice touch to have one. The beds were very comfortable, and the downstairs bed has a nice view out the window. The house is older, so the bathrooms are small. We used the washer and drier once and they worked well. The kitchen was well stocked and there are games and puzzles available as well. Toni was a fantastic host - very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place and hope to return one day.

We loved the property and its proximity to the water and two large beaches. The house itself is thoughtfully decorated and has the furnishings and supplies just like it would if someone actually lived there rather than the typical Airbnb “shell” that only has the bare necessities (or less). We did have an unfortunate complication that occurred when we arrived. Things happen, but what matters more than anything is how a host handles an unexpected event. Jay was kind, understanding, and empathetic and did everything needed to make things right. We will absolutely be back.

This place was absolutely a gem. Brenda made us feel welcomed immediately when we got there. She then led us to the fishing cabin which had amazing views. Overall this was such an amazingly private and gorgeous location. We will absolutely be back.

Beautiful house with breathtaking views of the ocean. Hosts were very nice, the hot tub did not work during our stay and they partially refunded us for the inconvenience. Would recommend staying here for a very relaxing and comfortable sea ranch experience.

Had a wonderful stay in this peaceful, private paradise! Accommodations were as described, the property and lake were absolutely stunning. Our pup had a total blast! Wendy was super responsive and kind. We also met the lovely horses who were very sweet. Will definitely be back.

Overall the home was beautiful and we had a wonderful time. Only downside was that we couldn't get the hot tub to go over 101 and the dishwasher wasn't working. It would be great if Vacasa could leave more standard supplies like paper towel, laundry detergent, hand soap, etc

My husband Josh and I had an unforgettable time at Cindi’s place in Sea Ranch. The home was even more beautiful than the photos—unique architecture, cozy design, and right on the beach. Every evening we watched the waves crash on the rocks just outside the window. It was peaceful, stunning, and truly magical. Cindi was a fantastic host, super helpful and kind. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

A lovely place which worked brilliantly for my family

We had a great stay with two families and our toddlers. Everything is as describes and the surrounding area and trail to the water is way prettier than the pictures - would recommend this place to anyone.

This is our fourth visit to Sea Ranch and this was (by far) our favorite AirBnB experience. The location is unmatched—in the mornings, you can sit in a quiet corner, enjoying coffee, watching deer graze against an expansive view of the Pacific. The house itself has everything you need—an extremely large kitchen, comfortable bed, and cozy seating throughout. The home’s proximity to Gualala is also very helpful, and you’ll have easy access to shops, groceries, and a short drive to places like the Sea Ranch Lodge or Point Arena. 10 out of 10, truly!

Beautiful and super clean house in the magical woods. We loved the window seats everywhere and watching the deer visit every day. The beds are very comfy and towels plush. We enjoyed the sauna and hot tub under the stars. Some aspects of the house are a little more rustic than modern, but still very comfortable and cozy. The owner is super responsive and thoughtful and obviously cares a lot about her home.

Craig and Willa’s place was a wonderful spot to experience Sea Ranch for the first time. The living space was beautiful and comfortable. We loved that the home felt true to the essence of Sea Ranch and retains a lot of special architectural details. The kitchen is well set up for cooking. Walk-on beach is only a short walk away, as is the incredible bluff walk. We highly recommend a stay at Craig and Willa’s Sea Ranch home!

What a fantastic stay! We’ve been visiting Mendocino for years and can’t believe it took us so long to find Mary’s place. Superb location…super spacious and well equipped. Views couldn’t be any better and so convenient to the local shops and restaurants. Hope to stay there again.

This cabin is a perfect summer retreat. My kids and I enjoyed the serenity of the property and easy access to the river. The cabin is comfortable and clean and we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful home! Clean rooms, Comfy beds, cool retro bathrooms, hot water always available. We (and the kids especially). lover the warm outdoor shower. The Kitchen is so well equipped but we made most of our meals on the grill on the back deck. We spent days watching and being on the river, fishing from shore, hot tubbing and grilling delicious meals. My 4 year old learned to ride a bike on their quiet street. We biked to Monte Rio beach and Lightwave cafe and skatepark easily (brought our own bikes). We saw a bald eagle and a harbor seal while we floated down the river! Thanks for a great stay, highly recommend. Important to know: all bedrooms have a sky light, that means the kids are up early. We enjoyed the early start, but if you dont then I suggest you bring blackout curtain or tent for the kids

The location of the RV is great, it's walking distance from a tranquil beach and you can hear the seals barking at night as you're in the RV. It's also nestled between Mendocino and Fort Bragg with tons to do and see. We really appreciated Joyce's help when we couldn't figure out the heat since we had never stayed in an RV before. Easy to find if you are arriving during the daytime. We arrived at night and had some trouble, so I would recommend getting there in the day. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!!

Stayed with my wife. Weather was chilly with fog and marine layer in late evening/morning. The highlights: The driveway looks like it leads to a house and garage but forks around it. Keep going until it ends! • View/ambiance was outstanding! Great from the patio or couch, perfect sunset views! • Walking to the beach entails a somewhat sketchy staircase and crossing a small lake. If you’re adventurous, you’ll be fine (a Kayak is available). Otherwise, that view tho… • Bathroom was great (even for two) and towels provided. But, Bring soap! • Bed was comfortable, bedding kept us toasty despite the chilly night. Room can be made dark which was great! • Kitchen - unsure, we opted to bring/reheat food. Turned out we could have cooked though! •Plenty of wifi on site, easy access to the room (no hassle on check-in). •Morning coffee, from the patio, watching the waves, under a blanket: Bliss! A bit pricey but definitely worth the splurge! Thank you, Bruce!

We felt very fortunate to land at this lovely spot on an unusually hot weekend for the area. The Rys family was very quick to respond to a request for booking, and their home did not disappoint in terms of spaciousness and beautiful location. It is extremely well equipped with nearly any item someone could want for river side recreation, cooking and entertainment. The bedroom spaces, kitchen area, common gathering spaces inside and out were all very spacious, clean and welcoming. We would recommend this home for a pleasant river side get away; it has lots to offer.

This was a perfect hideaway spot for our family of 2 adults and 4 teens! Irish beach is a lot of fun and worth either the walk or drive down. Make sure you bring layers for both inside and out - it's coastal and there was a lot of fog when we were there in July. Hamid has plenty of heaters etc. in the house so you won't be cold. The kitchen has everything needed to cook and dine well. The washer and dryer were great amenities to have. Hamid is a very friendly and pleasant host. I would recommend this home.

Great place to stay for a semi isolated retreat. We loved the kitchen, which was amazingly equipped, and the walkability of the property and the BLM land next door!
