Please don’t try to sneak in your dogs, without telling us. We have new protocols in place to help keep everyone safe. Whilst the property is set on a quiet bluff, it is still a short drive to all amenities of both Fort Bragg and Mendocino. You will be 2 miles to the world famous Skunk Train (redwood forest train tours). 1 mile from downtown Fort Fragg, and 10 mins drive from Mendocino. You can walk 15 mins into Noyo harbour where you can enjoy great fishing charters, whale watching tours, riverside kayaking, and nice dining experiences. You will also be a few mins away from world famous national parks.

Garden home

This cozy house was just built on 3-acres. This property has all modern appliances & everything you will need for cooking. There is a covered front porch that overlooks a garden & has a barbecue for a relaxing meal. The back of the property has a fire pit & table for roasting marshmallows. Two walking blocks away is the Botanical Gardens where you will experience vast gardens and spectacular views, and maybe see a pod of whales. The house has a private driveway and a code to get in.

Well-stocked home is quiet and secluded, but still close enough to quickly be in Fort Bragg or Mendocino.

Steep driveway and ladder to loft limit accessibility. For the young adventurer!!

Inside you’ll find a sunken living room, fireplace, large built-in sofa, 2 bedrooms, vinyl record player, and more. Perfect for a couple’s getaway, solo trip or small family.

The Photographer's Studio

The studio is a sun-filled, very spacious private room with en suite bathroom, and South facing deck, located in a separate building behind the main house in a large flower & fruit tree filled yard. The yard is often shared with Felix our playful tuxedo cat and Blossom our McNab Shepherd. We also rent "Osprey Aerie", the apartment upstairs, featuring a full kitchen, washing machine and dryer.
