Holiday rentals with a patio in Fort Bragg

Super convenient for family to stay while visiting in the area. Busy timeshare location, but very quiet at night.

We have stay at the resort before. It is very close to our daughter's home. We love the convience and service. Jesse was a most helpful host and made everything work smoothly. We will probably stay again sometime and if you can get Jesse for host do so, you won't regret it. Tony

Madrid’s place was just what we needed after a long flight. It was centrally located and easy to find with clear instructions. It was very clean and tidy with plenty of room. The bed was extremely comfortable and two jet lagged travellers had a great night’s sleep. We prepared our own evening meal and the skillet was great for cooking steak! Madrid communicated very well and very promptly which was most helpful for two weary travellers. Thank you for a lovely stay!

My boyfriend and I stayed a night at Joelle’s rental and it was great all around! Perfectly located out of the fog but still just 10 minutes to the town of elk. The space was quiet and cozy and the view of the garden is beautiful! Joelle was a great host- helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful spot right on the lake. Next door to a free boat ramp. 4 minute drive to a bunch of restaurants and parks. Also the inside was all newly remodeled, very modern kitchen and bathroom. Will likely be coming back.

Kerry’s place was absolutely wonderful! The outdoor garden is stunning, and we often spotted deer just outside. The location couldn’t be better—it’s just a short drive to Mendocino, which was incredibly convenient for us. There’s also a beautiful beach nearby, and the views of the Caspar Headlands are truly breathtaking. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Lindsey’s place, it was cute, cozy, clean, and extremely well located. We had a lovely al fresco meal on the patio, and Lindsey was proactive and friendly. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again!

Plenty of safe perking . The fenced yard must be two acres of green grass for the dog to run . Three gathering areas , fire pit with comfortable seating , out door dining area covered and covered porch area with very nice outdoor shower . Down stairs game room with ping pong , large screen TV and pool table , Bedroom with half bath and laundry room . Everything was very clean and newly decorated . We all claimed the downstairs before even seeing the upstairs . Modern kitchen with all the best appliances even an espresso machine . Just bring food . Heaters were very easy , fast and quiet. The trail was a nice walk to the beach and an amazing hidden sandy beaches and low tide tide pools . Nite time lighting was beautiful in the fenced yard .

Absolutely Stunning Stay! This stay was truly memorable. The views were unreal — panoramic ocean vistas and the most breathtaking sunsets right from the property. Every evening felt like a postcard moment. The space was clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. What made the stay even better was the host — incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our visit. Any questions we had were answered almost immediately, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. If you’re looking for a place with unmatched views and a fantastic host, this is it. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Jason’s place is even better than described, Sea Ranch is a serene beautiful environment and the home blends right into it. Inside feels like a true home with all the amenities, high quality finishes and attention to detail throughout. The views are even better you can see the ocean from almost every room in the house, the sunsets are incredible. The kitchen is well stocked with seasonings we cooked dinner all 4 nights of our stay. The cedar hot tub was perfect and the stars at night were amazing. It’s just 5 minutes to the lodge if you want to grab a bite to eat for breakfast, or 10 minutes to Gualala if you need to grab something from the store. You can walk right from the house along the ocean and to smugglers. Don’t miss an opportunity to stay here for the best Sea Ranch experience

This was our second stay at Bjorn‘s place. We enjoyed his responsiveness and the pristine condition of the house. The whole house was well equipped from the kitchen to the bathrooms. There’s lots of extra bedding and throw blankets and fun games in the living room drawer. This is a very peaceful spot with beautiful surroundings.

Megan’s place is a beautiful cottage surrounded by a vineyard with so much attention to details. There is a large bocce ball court with fruit trees around it, a good hot tub, and a genuinely warm space. Our family of 5 felt really comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We highly recommend!!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The house was spotless — everything was impeccably clean and well cared for, which made it feel incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. Waking up to the sight and sound of the waves was simply magical — it really added a serene and peaceful touch to the entire experience. Heather also went above and beyond with thoughtful details that made the stay even more special. A bottle of local wine, a luxurious bath bomb, and other small touches made me feel pampered and appreciated. It’s clear that a lot of care and attention goes into making guests feel at home here. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing, beautifully curated getaway!

Thank you for providing such a nice, clean and tidy place to families. I was nervous going there with my family, including toddler, but as soon as we opened the door I felt very relieved. Home was very clean, had everything that was in description and much more. Surrounded with beautiful trees, we had enjoyed every second in there. Will definitely return there sometime soon.

Wow, what a gorgeous space. We loved waking up to the towering redwoods and morning sun and stargazing at night. Six of us + a dog slept comfortably and Kira was nice enough to provide some extra bedding for us. The location is A+ with all of Philo/Boonville and the coast to explore. We will be back!

Loved having a kitchen and BBQ so we could cook some meals. Convenient location to get to markets, bakeries, and get to scenic locations. Visits to local restaurants, breweries and wineries made it an enjoyable place to stay.

A great place for a family vacation. We had a single level property with a nice patio that lead to a huge grass common area and a play structure for the kids. Pool was also a short 1 minute walk, had a great hot tub, small wading pool for the kids, and a heated large pool. We spent almost all of our time there. Arcade games were also accessible in main lobby area. Room had AC and anything we needed to our own food. Grocery store was within 5 minute drive.

This was a beautiful, fun, clean place to stay with our extended family. The unit was lovely, grounds were beautiful, and my kids loved the basketball court, pool, and hot tub. We would def stay again!

Loved the rental! The area and location is perfect for surrounding wineries and restaurants. Great views and feels just like home away from home!

We always enjoy the Windsor Worldmark. Great restaurants and wine bars in town. Also several breweries and distilleries in the area. The coast is not far. We always enjoy our stay. FYI check out here for 2025 is now at 11 o’clock. Not 10 o’clock.

Loved the space for me and my family

We stayed there just for a night, place looks great with good lake views and the pool is well maintained.

Great big space and great kitchen and balcony. We were in for a family wedding, so didn't use the resort facilities or pools. we really only slept there and enjoyed the surrounding wineries. Would love to stay here for a week sometime! Appreciate that it was quiet and had spacious rooms and large beds. thank you, Fazlul. -Wilsons
