Holiday rentals with lake access in Fort Erie

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Mike and Rachel’s Lakehouse! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. You can really tell they put a lot of thought and care into making this place special. Mike and Rachel were amazing hosts—friendly, responsive, and respectful of our privacy. They also gave us great local tips that made our stay even more enjoyable. Would highly recommend this peaceful and serene Airbnb.

Absolutely loved this stay. Beautiful details, cool decor and a stunning location with a beautiful view and a two minute walk to the beach. All necessary amenities available, and host was very responsive throughout stay. Definitely recommend this stay if you’re looking for peaceful evenings while being so close to Niagara on the lake to enjoy the wineries. Can’t wait to visit again

A nicely renovated cottage. (The inside looks much more up-to-date than the outside might suggest.) The arrangements of bedrooms was good for our family with four children. The one drawback is that there is only one bathroom for the cottage, nothing on the bedroom floor. The neighbourhood is quaint and the neighbours we meet are friendly. The public peach at walking distance was definitely a plus.

The view is spectacular! The house was nice and clean and so much room. It was a very quiet neighborhood, and very relaxing. Thank you Austin for offering this as an Airbnb. We would love to come back!

This was a beautiful space to spend 48 hours in. It was clean and matched the description/pictures perfectly. The check in process was exactly as described. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and the neighbors we seen were friendly. The host herself was amazing and very responsive. I plan on returning and hopefully this is available for booking again.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and quite roomy. Comfortable bed. Plenty of nice bath towels. A little rustic, overall, as suggested by the host's description of a beach vibe. A nice & quiet neighborhood with excellent access to anything you might need (and avoid the worst of Buffalo traffic). I spent a week there with daily commutes to the Outer Harbor to work on my boat - the location was perfect for that! Note that if you are tall, the shower is a little challenging (but doable). If you have mobility issues, you should check with the host about navigating the stairs up to the apartment - they're kind of steep with shallow-ish treads, and no real landing at the apartment door, but good handrails.

I loved being by the water and hearing the waves and the birds. Sharon was a great host. The lock directions were clear just a little tricky to turn the lock. Clean, spacious and peaceful.

Good communication and beautiful home

This was a truly lovely place to stay. Quiet, cosy, and incredibly convenient in every way. You can feel the care in how everything is arranged, nothing feels impersonal or cold. The hosts put heart into this space. I appreciate creating such a warm and welcoming environment.

Upon arrival, Larissa happened to be in the backyard. She was quite friendly. The apartment was spacious, immaculate, and recently updated. (I am a clean freak, and the place met my standards!!) I would highly recommend it!

Our stay at Brian's apartment was absolutely wonderful! I'll admit, I was a bit worried at first, as we typically opt for larger vacation homes for our family trips. However, this apartment completely changed my perspective. From the moment we walked in, it exuded such a beautiful, cozy, and incredibly clean atmosphere. It was so comfortable and charming – truly adorable! We instantly felt right at home. Brian was an exceptional host, going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their thoughtfulness truly made a difference. We honestly wished we had more days in New York just to enjoy another day in this lovely apartment. We can't recommend it enough and would love to stay here again on our next visit!"

We had a wonderful stay at Jessica & David’s cabin. It was on a lovely property surrounded by an orchard and it was very private. The cabin itself was clean and cozy and they had lots of personal touches. They were very responsive to any questions we had and we will make sure to book with them again if we are in the area :)

Jeff’s place was absolutely perfect for celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary! Everything was exactly as described in the listing. Stylish and cozy. Conveniently located to downtown shopping and restaurants and local wineries. We especially enjoyed our daily 5 minute walks through the very peaceful neighborhood to watch the sunset over Lake Ontario. Highly recommend The Coupe!

This was our 4th visit to The Cat's Meow. It's clean, restful, and cozy. The beach access across the street is super convenient. Ron is always easy to communicate with and a great host.

Fatemah’s cottage had everything our family of five adults needed for a long weekend! The location couldn’t be more perfect, only steps to the lake and so close to the town centre. The cottage was in pristine condition and the host was very responsive and went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

We loved our little stay here. It's great for a relaxing long weekend. Lots of great places to eat and drink within driving distance. The views were amazing! Gorgeous water and was fun to see Toronto in the distance. We definitely underestimated the presence of the bugs. Krista does warn that they come out in the summer, but they were everywhere by the water. Definitely hampered our time spent outside but if you can ignore the bugs you'll be fine. Krista was a wonderful communicator and the place was spotless.

We enjoyed our stay at Lynn’s place. It was well equipped with many thoughtful touches and had many great suggestions for things to do in the area.

Beautiful home with a gorgeous view! Eric was an excellent host. The house is so welcoming and located perfectly close to everything while remaining quietly outside of all the city life. Eric provided more than adequate amounts of household supplies and toiletries. Water pressure was great in the shower! We enjoyed visiting Lewiston, Youngstown, and Niagara Falls. Bonfires are spectacular here at night!
