This vintage building was originally built as a hotel in the late ‘60s and a hotel for the 1982 Worlds fair! Close to everything UTK and downtown Knoxville. The building is about 60 years old... converted from apartments to condos. It’s not fancy. But it is close to lots of things…lots of restaurants…Publix grocery store...biking/walking trails. Downtown Knoxville is a GREAT place to roam, day or night and you are within about 5-8 minutes by car.
