Super cute house. they had extra pillows but no pillow cases... they had 3 towels in each bedroom but no extras for hot tub and shower. overall a great stay, we are moving (from GA to Ohio)and this was a great pitstop. The hot tub building was awesome! very fun to read what people wrote

Wonderful location for us. Very clean and comfortable house with everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped and having the washer and dryer was great!! Located only 1 mile from shopping and restaurants. Lots of coffee and even detergent for washing clothes. If ever in the area we will definitely try and stay here again!!

I was in Townsend for a week and this place was perfect and exactly as pictured. It was super clean and the hot tub was a nice treat. Like others have mentioned the driveway was a tad steep in places. I have a 2 wd jeep and slipped a bit but was never worried I wasn’t going to make it. Since I was there for a week, I cooked a lot and I’d say the cookwear was a little limited. It wasn’t a problem because I ended up grilling but just something to be aware of if you are doing a longer stay. The location of this place is also amazing. It’s tucked away from a lot of main rentals and it’s 5 minutes to town and 15 from the Smokey park entrance. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I showed up late and the code didn’t work. I called and they answered right away to help me get in. The place was pretty, clean and smelled good! The space was nice and open.

Perfect stay for a large group! Comfortable, spacious, and everything as described. The game room in the garage is awesome— highly recommend if you have any kids (or adult kids) in the group! As others mention the road is a bit noisy, but it’s more of white noise than traffic sounds. We expected this and found it to be the perfect little pocket of Knoxville. A serene and private setting and only a 5 minute drive to anything you need.

This place was great for our family with a toddler! Having baby gates and a high chair available to us without having to pack one was very helpful. The location was perfectly located about 20 minutes away from attractions, so it was a peaceful stay. The place was extremely clean and well kept, including the pool. Would highly recommend for anyone traveling to the Smokey Mountain area!

Cale communicated everything clearly, responded back quick when I had a question, and was incredibly friendly. The cabin is absolutely gorgeous. They had everything my family needed to enjoy our visit. Would fully recommend to anyone wanting to get away.

Anna's place was perfect for us. The location, very close to UTK, was exactly what we wanted. We did a lot of walking. Anna stocked her place with everything we needed and more. Her answers to our questions were spot on. It was very nice to have parking too! We will definitely stay here again when traveling to Knoxville! Thanks, Anna!

Words cannot describe how magnificent this lodge on the mountains is. If you’re looking for a quiet, private escape this is it! Jeremy and Stephanie were so responsive, and take pride in their ownership. If we take another trip into the Smokey mountains, this is definitely a place I would want to stay at again. Kitchen has everything you need, the entire lodge was clean, and our dogs loved the fenced in yard to explore the surroundings! Bonus is the hot tub! After a long drive (and scary up the mountain for me lol) it was perfect to relax in the hot tub and watch the sunset. Thank you for making our stay perfect and imprinting a memory on our family vacation!!

Very beautiful view of the mountains. Even got a chance to see bears in the evenings 😍 Such a peaceful/ homie feel to the cabin. The host is very helpful and friendly. Quick responses & clean. Highly recommended!

The place was a great stay for our honeymoon. Pool was great, the bed was super comfortable and the space was well kept! Tiffany was very helpful and understanding when I needed anything.

The cabin is comfortable and has all you need for a tranquil stay. Once you climb up the hill through the private driveway, the only noise is from nature. For a especial treat, enjoy a late dip at the outdoor hot tub. On the other hand, you have everything at very short drive away: parks, trails, rafting, zip lines, river & lakes, waterfalls, amusement parks, good restaurants, etc. You won’t get bored.

Absolutely amazing stay! We loved every aspect of our time here. The air conditioning kept the space perfectly cool, the bed was incredibly comfortable with pillows that were just right and soft, clean linens that made it hard to get up in the morning. The bathroom is luxurious, especially with having hot water and overall cleanliness. One of the highlights was the view complete with a charming little stream/mini waterfall right outside, creating the most peaceful ambiance for sleeping. The outdoor amenities were also a wonderful bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Volunteer City Getaway is a WONDERFUL place to stay. We stayed for a girls weekend and everyone in the group agreed it was the perfect place, more cost effective than a hotel room and waaaaaay better than a hotel room!!! The apartment has everything essential you need, it was spotless (and I’m a clean freak), in a great location for everything Knoxville, tastefully decorated, comfortable bed and floor mattress, good quality linens and kitchen supplies. We will definitely stay here again. Don’t look elsewhere, this place is great!!!!

A beautiful place in a wonderful location! We loved the peaceful, private setting—it was the perfect spot to unwind. Yet it was also just a short drive to amazing places like downtown Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the national park. Our little dog Daisy had the time of her life! She felt right at home and loved the freedom to explore. The gated porch was such a thoughtful touch—it gave us peace of mind while we relaxed in the hot tub or enjoyed the view from the porch. The cabin was very clean and well cared for, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, dog-friendly getaway with easy access to all the Smoky Mountain highlights!

Beautiful location! The cabin was close to attractions in Pigeon Forge and Smoky Mountain National Park, but in a quiet location. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom.

We had a great stay on this houseboat in Knoxville! The host was incredibly responsive and provided lots of helpful information before and during our visit. The location couldn't have been better — close to the city but tucked away at the end of the dock, offering a beautiful, unobstructed view of the water. The boat itself had a lot of charm, though it did show some signs of age. There were a few soft spots on the floor that we were mindful of, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The inflatable hot tub was a fantastic touch and made for a relaxing evening with the perfect view. All in all, it was a unique and enjoyable stay — definitely worth it if you're looking for something a little different!

Tiny but charming lofted studio—perfect for a quick getaway! The bed was incredibly cozy, and the décor was warm and thoughtfully styled. Just a heads-up: the bathrooms are located downstairs and outside, so bring easy slip-on shoes. There’s no sink in the loft itself, but a filled Brita was provided, which was a helpful touch. My mom and I had a lovely stay—thank you for hosting us!
