The space has two new queen sized beds, a functional kitchen (stove top, microwave, no oven), a dining area and a very spacious bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. It has a very private keyless entrance, off-street parking and a private yard/patio area with a BBQ. You might see deer, elk, or fox in the meadow right outside the kitchen table window - a unique experience so close to downtown.

There is a sunny, full kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, full bath and a large private deck. The urban trail is 1/4 mi away, NAU is 3 mi, downtown is 4mi, Snowbowl is 19 miles, and Fort Tuthill starts at the urban trail, and the fairgrounds are a 1 mi walk. There is an window A/C unit in the main room during the summer (approx May-Sept).

We stayed at Jennifer’s place for one night on our way to Page to see Horseshoe Bend, and it was perfect for what we needed. The place was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed to relax after a long drive. Check-in was super easy, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Jennifer was a great host—friendly and responsive. Wish we could’ve stayed longer, but it was a great stopover. Would definitely recommend to anyone passing through Flagstaff!

I usually never stay in shared accommodations, but this one truly changed my mind. The experience felt just like a hotel, quiet, clean, well-designed, with a huge and incredibly comfortable bed, plus all the amenities you could need. You can really tell everything was thoughtfully prepared for the guests’ comfort. The atmosphere is peaceful and perfect for relaxing. A real gem and definitely outstanding value for money. Highly recommended!

Marie was an excellent hostess and I will definitely be staying here again! Her husband Bob had an excellent book collection that I was able to take advantage of. The shower felt amazing with the perfect amount of pressure. I felt right at home with these two especially with a homecooked delicious breakfast and the time I spent on the patio. Cody the dog was a nice pal as well. I really look forward to passing through Flagstaff again!
