Beautiful place, nicely decorated apartment, exactly like in the pictures. Super nice condominium with beach structure and a great pool for all ages. Jonatas was one of the best Airbnb hosts I've ever had, always available and friendly. The place is wonderful… a beautiful view of the beach that is almost always deserted. I highly recommend it.

Very good house, the accommodation matches the listing, very well equipped. There are two points (simple things) that can be improved: the lamps outside the house do not light up very well, in fact everything is very dark, including the barbecue area (We had to use the cell phone flashlight to make the barbecue); the second point is that the air conditioning in one of the rooms was not cooling well. These are simple things that can be solved with timely maintenance. That said, I do recommend the house. I intend to return.

Excellent experience, spotless home. It is suggested to exchange Air conditioning for more modern and economical models, because in the end the energy bill is expensive. But I would come back and recommend it . Nothing but the suggestions pointed out. Zero regret of the house. Super recommended

Beautiful, well decorated and extremely comfortable apartment, accommodated our group perfectly. Quiet condominium with lots of family-friendly activities. We will return more often for sure. Gervasio's attention and promptness left us at home as if we were at home.

I recommend it. The location is great, standing in the sand and next to a restaurant (waiters left orders directly at the house). Casa Grande (we rent it exactly for this reason… it is difficult to find a house with 7 air-conditioned rooms) and, although it is a little old, it is well cared for and leaves nothing to be desired. Extremely helpful host, responds quickly and requests. The Employees who were appointed by the same were also excellent. Home with security at night.

We were me and 4 other people and we were perfectly accommodated. Ana Sylvia was very receptive, respectful and cordial, we even received a treat. We went from Friday to Tuesday and we were met in all our requests. The building is secure, with guarded concierge, and very quiet, in addition to all who work in the building are very kind. The apartment is large, the kitchen well equipped, very ventilated and comfortable. The only mishap we found was the resistance to deliver some locations because of the location, but unjustified, as it is a very quiet place. Dica: bring a lighter or phosphor, it was the only thing that we missed so much and we forgot to take it.

Wonderful and impeccable space. The house was very well equipped with everything I could need, forks, cutlery, pots... the pool was always clean and super cozy. The host was always available and responded quickly. The questions I had. We spent an excellent weekend. And I've even recommended the place to some friends, because they all loved it.

Excellent location on the beach of the future, a few meters from the beach and overlooking the Mar. The apartment is large and has 4 suites.

The house is wonderful, just as it is in the photos. Perfectly clean, very organized and beautiful, inside and out, and has everything you need, in addition to being quite spacious for those who need to park more than one car. The location is great, easy access and super quiet Lucas is an excellent host, very helpful, always ready to help, attentive and flexible. He paid attention to everything we needed and was still very kind to our needs. I highly recommend it!

Great accommodation, all very organized, clean, new, many kitchen utensils and Great location of the house. Sabrina helped us a lot, super solicit and kind. the only negative point was that when we turned on the shower of the lower bathroom in the hottest, the energy of the house would fall. By adjusting the temperature, we fixed the issue. Other than that, highly recommend!

Everything was fine, the apartment had undergone a renovation, so we had a good stay after the renovation, we had a little problem with an air conditioning unit in one of the rooms, but the host did everything to solve it as soon as possible and it was🙌🏻 resolved. We were well received by her, who made us feel at ease and was always willing to help and guide us on anything we needed. A complete and clean apartment, with clean and fragrant bed sheets.
