Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Forte dei Marmi

Wir waren zu dritt in der Wohnung, die irgendwie ein Haus ist. Sehr schön gelegen, großer Garten mit prima Terrasse, eine tolle Küche mit WIRKLICH allem. Silvia ist wirklich nett und sehr hilfsbereit, gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Ich komme gerne wieder und empfehle Silvia und die Unterkunft voll und ganz! Nochmal Danke!

Wir waren mit 2 Kleinkindern vor Ort und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Kinder konnten draußen spielen und nach den Tieren sehen. Piera und Lorenzo waren sehr nett und bei Fragen sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Katzen waren sehr zutraulich, was besonders die Große gefreut hat.

Massimo and Brunella are wonderful hosts! The minute we met them it felt like we have known them for years. The house is beautiful, fully equiped, and has a fabulous outdoor space. We felt that Massimo really cared about us and did the utmost to make us feel at home. We spent two weeks at the property and it was amazing due to Massimo's splendid hospitality. Highly recommended!!

Cute bohemian place in authentic Italian village that feels like you stepped back into time. The balcony is great for coffee and views and Marco was always quick to respond and had good tips for locals attractions , thank you for the lovely time!

Beautiful mountain vista from house deck. Helpful suggestions for local activities in house guide book found in room. Bottle of wine complements of host nice touch on arrival. The host’s father lives in neighborhood and came by at checkout to guide us out because local road construction had blocked normal exit. Very kind and thoughtful much appreciated. We walked to supper each night in Montemagno, small town 1.1km away downhill 85M each night for supper. Walking home after dark (uphill) there were thousands of firefly’s lining the dark mountain road it was magical. Peaceful place.

Alessia et Carlo sont des hôtes comme nous aimerions en voir de partout : disponibilité, réactivité, gentillesse, accueil, et serviabilité sont au rendez-vous. Ils sont d'excellent conseils et d'une patience incroyable pour quiconque ne maitrise pas l'italien. La maison est idéalement située à 10 minutes en voiture de La Spézia et Alessia vous donnera tous les bons tuyaux pour se stationner gratuitement près de la gare. Non loin du golf des poètes et de Portovenere, le village de Ricco del Golfo est au calme et avec des commerces de proximités très agréables (pasticeria, cafeteria, restaurant très bon marché) . Quand à la maison, elle est spacieuse, très pratique, bien équipée comme annoncée et propreté irréprochable. Nous avons aimé la proximité immédiate pour les cinque terre, le golf des poètes mais aussi la proximité avec la Toscane car nous avons en effet pu, depuis la maison partir sur la Toscane et visiter Florence Sienne et Pise. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in einer tollen Unterkunft in mitten einer bezaubernden Lage. Marco war super nett, hilfsbereit und kommunikativ.

We hebben een super fijne vakantie gehad en genoten van dit heerlijke gastenverblijf! Jammer dat het zwembad nog niet open was (buiten seizoen), maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken. Super lieve hosts, heerlijke tuin en ontspannen sfeer. Dank!

Un immense merci à Barbara ! L appartement était impeccable, très propre, meublé avec goût et mobilier de qualité, emplacement idéal nous avons tout pu faire à pieds. Proche du port et à 8 minutes à pied de la gare. Je ne peux que recommander le logement de Barbara

Wonderful stay – felt like home! The apartment was clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The terrace was a great spot to relax, and the location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to the sea and right next to a big supermarket. Our host was super friendly, always available, and made us feel very welcome. It really felt like home. Highly recommended – we’d love to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. The view was absolutely breathtaking – waking up to the stunning Tuscan landscape was a true highlight. Communication with our host was smooth and friendly, and the check-in process was super easy. Unfortunately, we had to leave a bit earlier than planned due to health reasons, but that didn’t take away from the wonderful experience. Thank you for your hospitality!

Mrs Gabriella was really so kind. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but she helped us check-in early even though she was on duty. The accommodation is so clean and well-organized. In addition, she provided fruits, bread, snacks, wine, and harmonies etc. If I have a chance, I would like to stay at the accommodation again. See you again!!

Per prima cosa una posizione fantastica, l’appartamento praticamente in spiaggia, svegliarsi e guardare il mare è stato bellissimo. Poi la posizione per raggiungere le mete che ci eravamo prefissati è stata perfetta. L’appartamento molto carino, pulito e Sarà sempre pronta per qualsiasi cosa occorresse.

Please do yourself a favour and book this place! Franco and his family are amazing hosts, the appartment looks even better in person and it is perfect for a romantic getaway. We had questioned ourselves whether it would be a downside to live together with more people on the property, but this turned out to be more of an advantage than anything. It felt like having very friendly neighbours, and we never felt like we had less personal space as a result. On top of this, the neighbouring towns are great for day trips and restaurants. So take the opportunity to enjoy this airbnb gem :) (someone mentioned the internet did not work, but this is fixed now)

Alojamiento excepcional. Muy buen lugar para poder hacer excursiones a otros lugares de interés como Pisa, Lucca, Viareggio, Cinque Terre. La casa es perfecta para una familia. Es tal cual se muestra en las fotografías. Limpieza perfecta. Aire acondicionado y ventiladores. La piscina un plus que ha alegrado las vacaciones a todos. Después de hacer excursiones llegar a casa y poder darte un chapuzón, es lo mejor!. Tiene todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones. Carmela, excelente anfitriona, nos recibió sin esperas, nos hizo recomendaciones para visitar y siempre estuvo disponible para nosotros. Tanto los niños como los mayores, hemos disfrutado muchísimo de la casa y de los alrededores tan increíbles de esta tierra. Sin duda, repetiría. Lo recomiendo absolutamente. Muchas gracias Carmela por habernos dejado tu casa y hacer que nos sintiéramos como en la nuestra.

Wij hebben 2 weken genoten van ons verblijf in Benabbio. We kwamen voor rust en goed weer en dit hebben we gekregen. Het huisje was perfect: het was er heel privé, het uizicht was prachtig, de tuin kleurrijk en heeft verschillende plekjes om buiten te vertoeven, we zijn dan ook vrij weinig op uitstap gegaan omdat het er zo goed was. Het was een leuk contact met Luca, die indien nodig zal klaarstaan en tips geeft. Een aanrader!

Our easter holiday at Corrado's place was WONDERFUL.It's a welcoming and clean typical mountain chalet....Who loves to nature & calmness...Above all our children had great fun with his beautiful garden... Corrado has done his best for us.He is a available & courteous person...As a host he is perfect!!And it was a remarkable vacation!!!!

Montefegatesi è un paese molto curato. La casa di Alessia è tenuta davvero molto bene e il panorama circostante è incantevole. È un alloggio ideale per un ritiro nella pace della natura. Da Montefegatesi partono vari percorsi ben segnalati anche per non esperti. Ci torneremo!

Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo soggiorno in questa casa, particolare e accogliente, immersa nella tranquillità. L’ambiente è curato nei dettagli e trasmette una sensazione di calore e originalità. Ma ciò che ci ha colpito di più sono stati i dintorni: davvero incantevoli!

Il nostro soggiorno è stato bellissimo! Non siamo neanche usciti della proprietà, sfruttando bene della griglia e la piscina. Corrado è stato sempre molto disponibile e ci ha consigliato molte cose da fare nella zona. La casa era pulitissima e i dintorni erano tranquilli, una fuga perfetta. Torneremo volentieri!

Een fantastische plek. Groen en weg van de drukte. Buiten is het heerlijk zitten en een paradijs voor de hond. Het is een mooie uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen. Het chalet is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt, maar je zal het liefste buiten willen zijn.
