Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Outside the kitchen, which bathes in morning light, there is a small patio with breakfast corner and towards the sea is a large patio. The house offers a fantastic view of Råå harbor and Helsingborg in the north, over Denmark and Ven and all the way down to the Öresund Bridge, which you can see on clear days. It is a couple of kilometers to Rydebäck city center and the nearest restaurant is within a 10-minute walk.

The Glumslöv slopes are also close by and offer beautiful nature and nice views.

The house is in a quiet and culturally protected area in central Landskrona. Parking can be done in the area, but not free of charge, but costs SEK 2/hour around the clock. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house, where the host couple lives in the apartment above. The area is approximately 74 sqm, divided into kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed and two living rooms, one of which has a sofa bed. The yard is lush and inviting and offers several seating areas.

Rydebäck has a grocery store, library, health center, farm shop, ATM, pharmacy, church, four good restaurants and two pizzerias.
