We are a family of small children who want to share our cozy guesthouse. Here you have good opportunities for cycling, paddling, fishing, diving, swimming etc. The accommodation is located all the way down to the seaside. Bakery, eateries, and shopping opportunities nearby. Frøya is about 7 minutes away by car. There is not washing machine bed linens, sheets and towels have to be brought duvets 140*200 pillows 50*70 The tenant leaves the house as it is when they arrive Bathroom, kitchen and floor to be cleaned. Lillehytta

Small cabin, adjacent to the main cabin, with everything you need in only 20m2. Lillehytta is very idyllically located with a great sea view (about 80 meters from the sea). Decks on the front and back. Morning coffee can be enjoyed in the sun on the front, lunch and late cozy evenings around the fire pit can be enjoyed at the back, with the sunset and the sea as a view. There are opportunities to rent a fishing rod, large boathouse and other amenities. Great facilitated hiking areas (ex: Frostastien) right outside the door. Quiet and safe area

Naustet Kvalvika

Retreat and enjoy the serenity as you sit and look out over the ocean. Naustet Kvalvika is located right on the seafront, sheltered from traffic and noise. Lower your shoulders and listen to the sound of the waves. On the rocks and beaches around Naustet there are many great places to settle in. How about coffee mug around the fire pit while you watch the sun set? It is a 12 min drive from Åfjord city center and out to us. Guest dock available if you come by boat. Kayak and sup board available for rent upon request.

The utility growth house at Berge Gård in Selbu

Accommodation on a real Tråne farm with production of milk, grain, skincare, farm food and utility plants. Here we have chickens in tune and cats in the oven. Lush and lively environment inside and outside in many ways. The utility greenhouse at Berge Gård is used for meeting rooms and courses when we do not have accommodations. Large "living room" with double sofa bed and 2 single beds. One bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 cot. Free eggs and milk in the fridge during the stay after availability/season if desired

Annex for rent

This guesthouse is only a few meters away from the golf course at Stiklestad. The house is built in 2023 and is adapted for both sleeping/stay/simple cooking. Here there are birds singing and well-being, the patio is available with umbrella and the good chair. It is furnished with a sofa bed, which with simple grips becomes a comfortable bed or sofa as desired. There are beautiful views and close to the sea. Can be arranged with stall for golf bags. There is plenty of space for 2 persons. Nice and new bathroom

Enjoy peace and quiet at Stabburet. Minimum 2 days.

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. On the farm, we have sheep, cows, horses, hens, cat and dog. Often deer, moose and hare peek forward, and an occasional fox. Inderøy municipality has a lot to offer, and from the farm it takes 15 minutes to drive into the city center. Many have heard of the “Golden detour,” with all their providers of good food, art, and culture. The convenience store takes 6 minutes by car. The storage room is not suitable for stays with small children due to steep stairs.

Lian farm - the whole house

Wake up to Trondheim's finest view. You can enjoy your coffee on the terrace or at the cozy old table inside the living room. The house is furnished with peace, comfort and well-being in mind. It is a house that creates a nostalgic and homely feeling. The house is located as part of Lian Gård in Bymarka. There is a previously operated restaurant on the site. The house is only 300 m from Lianvannet and 300 m from the tram terminal. There are two floors, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens.

Felemakerstua

Felemakerstua har en helt spesiell historie - huset er 250 år gammelt. Her bor du på sjøtomt, har tilgang til naustterrasse og offentlig badeplass (svaberg). Huset ligger nært busstopp (150 meter) med lokalbuss til sentrum/kjøpesenter, eller du kan øyhoppe med Sundbåten inn til sentrum, båten er gratis og båtkaia ligger 10 minutt å gå fra huset. Du vil erfare at Felemakerstua er gammel, det er lavt under taket og trappa til loftet er bratt. Men huset er lunt og koselig med gode rom. Du trives!

Cabin - Litjstuggu ‐ Øvermoen Småbruk

Welcome to an adventurous stay. This is the perfect stop before or after the atlanticroad, or if you're just passing by. We offer you a separate small newly renovated guesthouse with a kitchen and living room in one, separate bedroom and toilet. OUTDOOR SHOWER (please look at the pictures so you know what to expect). On our small farm, we have many animals; free-range chickens, ducks, rabbits, dogs, cats, horses and llamas. The location is rural, car is the preferred means of transport. Welcome

Mini house on horse farm, E6 south of Trondheim

Our traditional cottage with gras roof has all modern facilities with kitchen and bathroom in the new basement. Scenic views of river valley. Located on a farm with lots of animals: sheep, horses, cats, hens, rabbits and a peacock. Great hiking and fishing! The cottage is in three stories; bedrooms on the top floor and bathroom/kitchen in the basement, with stairs in between. Not suitable for everyone, but for those who dont mind stairs the cottage offers a cozy and charming atmosphere!

Simple and peaceful accommodation in a central location. 1.3 km to railway station, 0.4 km to city center. 3,5 km to Trondheim Airport. The guesthouse is located on the same land as the landlord's house. Parking space available 5 meters from the entrance area. Washing machine and dryer in basement on main house. The guesthouse is basically an older house from about 1925. The house is well equipped and is a pleasant place to be.
