This super cozy apartment is located centrally in Malmö at Nobeltorget and is close to the nightlife, city center and shopping while being in a place where it is very calm and quiet. Close to public transport such as bus and train if you want to go further out to the concert halls (15min to destination) or Copenhagen (40min to destination) (15 min walking distance to Triangeln station). The apartment also has a shop (Mido Quality) which is open 24/7 which is 50m away and has everything you need.

Within 10 minutes you reach Hyllie station that takes you to Copenhagen and Kastrup airport in 15min. We have created a modern guesthouse where we have taken care of every square meter with an eye for the details. We also welcome you into our 100 year old Swedish garden. Luta dig tillbaka och koppla av i detta fridfulla, bekvämliga boendet I området finns bra kommunikationer och närhet till butiker samt Jägersro Center. Busslinje 5 som tar er hela vägen in till Malmö Centrum (15-26 minuter). men även till Rosengård Tågstation (8 minuter) som tar er till Hylliestation och kända Emporia på 15 minuter och likaså till Malmö Centralstation på 17minuter. Jag är väldigt hjälpsam, guidar er gladeligen vad ni än behöver eller vill göra, ifall det önskas Välkommen!

På få kvadratmeter har vi skapat ett smart och modernt compact living där vi tagit vara på varje kvadratmeter. Här finns möjlighet att ta promenader i lantlig miljö eller bara ta det lugnt på den privata uteplatsen (40 m2) med egen bubbelpool. Boendet - Hyllie station (där Emporia köpcentrum ligger) tar det 12 minuter med buss. Hyllie station - Köpenhamn centrum tar det 28 min med tåg.

Funkar också alldeles utmärkt när man är på resande fot med närhet till stan på 25 min med kollektivtrafik ( 7 min gång till bussen). Ni har hela huset för er själva med egen ingång, eget sovrum, badrum samt minikök med stolar och bord. För att få en bra start på dagen så bjuder vi på kaffe och te samt dricksvatten, vattenkokare och kaffekokare finns på plats i huset.
