Great location as well as check in instructions, communication and a really friendly family. The dog doesn't like me but I rarely saw him. The home was clean and there were plenty of supplies for when I made a mess. Overall great experience.

Just Wow!! I needed a place to call home for a few months and I hit the jackpot with Sivan‘s cozy, comfortable and welcoming home! Not only was it beautifully decorated, she had every amenity you could ever imagine. ( even a garlic press and tiny spoons to stir your coffee:) Truly a gem in historic fountain Square! Sivan is beyond amazing and answered any questions efficiently and effectively! I rented a lot of Airbnb’s all over the world, and this one felt the most like a true home!

Great space for our short stay, plus pet friendly, which is always a plus for us. Loved having a full kitchen available and really appreciated that the host provided tea in addition to coffee (as I cannot have coffee...it was a pleasant surprise to have not just one type of tea but several to choose from). The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had great water pressure and stayed hot for awhile. The property is located on a busy road and I felt more comfortable parking my vehicle along the side of the house instead of in front of it. Also the street the house is located on has some really beautiful homes as you navigate further down the street as well. It definitely looks like the area is doing a lot of renovations to their old homes, which is great to see! We felt safe going outside at night if needed. Overall, very pleased with the property.

Great location close to lucas oil and the convention center. Hosts are friendly and responsive. Had a very quiet, peaceful, and enjoyable stay!

Everything was amazing! There was nothing we could find to speak of negatively. Tiffany was very responsive and communicated with me clearly. The home was so clean and smelled amazing.. Check in was easy as well as checkout. We would recommend staying here for sure! We felt right at home. Also, there is an amazing massage chair. Ooo yeah! 😁

We loved our stay here. The house is beautiful, comfy beds, very clean. We found the location to be perfect and had plenty of restaurants to choose from within a short distance. Highly recommend booking this.

Liya was an awesome host, this was my first time booking an Airbnb and everything went smoothly. I had never been to Indy before and she was so nice and friendly it was like we’ve been friends for years, she made me feel like I was home, she also gave me recommendations for spots to check out and everything. I would definitely book this home again!

Great communication and host! The ceilings were shorter than preferred (me and my husband are tall so had to slouch in bedroom and attic) but apartment was clean and updated on the inside and plenty of space in the kitchen and living room. The location was conveniently located between the Speedway and downtown, but is a little more rough around the edges than expected. That being said, we felt safe inside and had a great experience overall!

Great Stay in Indy! Clean, renovated, nicely appointed upstairs unit just north of downtown Indy. Needed 3 bedroom place for graduation close to daughter’s house in Broad Ripple. Everything was great except we could have used a wine opener in the place. We used the washer/dryer unit once for a small load and it did take a long time to dry but we always appreciate having a laundry option. Mikal was responsive about soap and answered immediately when I couldn’t find the extra towels. Would stay again! Thank you Mikal.

Beautiful house with very nice furnishings & decor. Not the nicest neighborhood, but seemed to be up and coming. It was quiet without any issues. I would stay again if I go back to Indy. Thank you for the accommodations!

Thank you Jeffrey and Stacy for the awesome accommodations! It was just like the pictures. Amenities were great and we enjoyed our stay. It was just enough space for us. Plenty of TV channels and it was very quiet. Everything was perfect for us. We hope to return again.

We stayed for the Big 10 tournament it was the perfect location to downtown Indy. The house was beautiful and cozy. Jeff was very helpful and responsive and made everything easy. We stay at a lot of Aor BnB's and this was hands down one of our best stays. Plus UCLA womens basketball won. I highly recommend.

John is a very helpful nice man! Some problems arised while on business at our stay and John was super easy to work with and very responsive! He was willing to help in any way and has a very clean, cozy, and peaceful property for you to stay! Friendly for all ages and much to do! Well worth the price, if you are in need of a stay in the Indy Fishers area I highly recommend Johns property!

Everything was great, from the decor to the facilities provided by the host and perfect location on a quiet street but close to the local restaurants. We had a great stay for a week and would definitely recommend it to others.

Sam's home was perfect for our stay for our daughter's graduation from Butler. Comfortable home, beautiful neighborhood and close to campus! Walking distance to a few delicious restaurants too!
