We are 1 mi or less to the Convention Center (1mi), Lucas Oil (1mi), Circle Center (1mi), Bankers Life (0.5mi), & Fountain Square (0.25mi)! We typically are at our main residence across the street so if you need anything lets us know.

This house is located in historic Fletcher Place, sandwiched directly between Fountain Square and downtown.

The outdoor space consists of a cozy side porch & a fenced in backyard oasis with patio seating, a fire pit, gas grill & fresh herbs from the plant box. Free Street Parking is included. An air mattress is also available on request.

This adorable aqua bungalow is located in the Fletcher Place Neighborhood just steps from some of the best restaurants, sporting events & concert venues in Indianapolis. This is an old neighborhood that is in the early stages of restoration, so we want to make sure guests understand that there are some dilapidated houses nearby. We love our neighbors & neighborhood - we just want to make sure nobody books our place & then is upset seeing nearby houses that need repair.
