Comfortable sofa bed, equipped kitchen, patio. Visits to Cognac houses, canoeing, golf, the Flow Velo course, or simple sightseeing will satisfy visitors. You will be about twenty minutes from the main regional events: Blues Passion, Fête du Cognac, Rallye des Remparts, Festival de la BD, Coup de Chauffe, etc.

We welcome you to our "Maison du Gardien" ( The Caretaker’s House) a 19th Century distiller's house which has been lovingly renovated to create a place of contemporary design, contemplation and relaxation. Located next to our own home you can enjoy an evening meal on your own private terrace but also get the use of our pool, gym, bikes and parking on our gated property. The two bedroom house is light and airy with beautiful views over our garden which reaches down to the river Charente.

The cottage has a large living room kitchen area, two bedrooms as well as a bathroom and toilet. You will find peace and comfort in this charming cottage in the heart of the Brasserie des Gabariers, in the small quiet village of Plaizac, 5 minutes from Rouillac. You will have a garden area just for you and access to the Logis swimming pool.

This property is divided into 3 independent houses. It is established on a plot of 4000m2. Located on the 'Flow Vélo', you can cycle there on a secure axis. This cycle route connects the Charente maritime estuary to Sarlat La Caneda in the Dordogne over 400km.
