Holiday rentals with a patio in Francavilla al Mare

We absolutely loved our stay at Pogerola. The village is connected by a bus that rarely gets overcrowded as it only goes from Amalfi to Pogerola, so you can easily reach Amalfi (and catch other buses to other destinations along the coast) but have the peace and quiet of the mountain side. The house is extremely well lit, with beautiful sea and mountain views. At least 2 great pizzerias nearby and 2 grocery stores with fresh fruits and veggies. Antonietta was an amazing host who proactively recommended Pintour bus - which is definitely the cheapest and most convenient way to get from Naples airport to Amalfi / Pogerola. We’re definitely coming back ! :)

Beautiful place. We felt at home for 6 days and use our car to go to several close towns along the Amalfi Coast. You'll need a car to fully enjoy the area but given that, its as a good of value youll find on AirBnB. Thank you Carmen and Selena for great communication, welcome basket, and clear instructions. Our family had a great time.

A perfect, memorable stay for our family trip - Monica was incredibly flexible and helpful at all times. Stunning, beautifully furnished property in a convenient location of Bari. Little touches even for a one night stay made it extra special such as milk in the fridge, coffee and tea, wine in the room. Beds are luxurious and SUPER comfy for Italy, bathrooms are stunning. Only improvement I could think of could be a couple more English Breakfast teabags 😅. Finally, note beforehand that the entrance is being refurbished (don’t panic on entry!).

La Casarella was one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. The view was absolutely breathtaking and Ravello was a gorgeous. Sara our host was lovely and so helpful recommending restaurants and helping us with scooter hire and transfers, she couldn’t have been more helpful. We will be booking every year if possible - my new favourite place!

We have had a wonderful stay the apartment was amazing loved all the all the vintage decor. It smelled amazing ,had everything you would need. Beds very comfortable. The patio and watching the sunset every night was very special don’t think you could get a better view in a 5star hotel. Also feel we got to see the real authentic Italy in this lovely little village, thank you Luca

We had an unforgettable time at the Rising Sun suite—truly one of the most beautiful places we've ever stayed. The location is unbeatable, in one of Naples' best neighborhoods, with a breathtaking view of the sea and Vesuvius right from the private terrace. Waking up to that view felt like a dream. Dario amended the booking for us with ease when our travel plans changed, and was always responsive! He gave us so many recommendations for things to do in Naples and also gave us a contact for our stay in Amalfi Coast with recommendations. This boutique property is clearly maintained with care, and everything was stylish, and spotless. We can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking to enjoy the magic of Naples with a view you’ll never forget. Would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for such a lovely stay.

I highly recommend Giampiero's accommodation! Very beautiful, very clean. The host is very responsive and gives you plenty of information to help you enjoy your stay in Naples! It's slightly far from the city center but the bus stop at the exit of the Airbnb so easy to access.

We spent a relaxing few nights in this lovely Airbnb, its fairly high up the hill but you can catch the bus from the centre of Positano for a few euros which drops you just outside of the apartment opposite the. We loved sitting on the balcony with some snacks and a bottle or two of wine watching the sunset and looking at the amazing views. The apartment is spacious and spotlessly clean. We were checked in by Angelo who couldn’t have been more helpful and gave us some great tips for restaurants and what was in the local area and the easiest way down to the centre of Positano. We booked porter service to bring our luggage up to the apartment but we walked back down to the port on leaving along the road which is downhill all the way and very easy to navigate with cases and it took it around 15 to 20 mins at a gentle pace. A fab place to stay.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Leonardo’s property! Nestled in a peaceful olive grove, the home offered the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. We especially loved starting each day with an espresso on the patio, surrounded by nature and calm. The house itself was spotless, well-maintained, and an incredible value for the price. Just a short 10-minute drive to the beach, we were able to enjoy the beach daily, while also taking advantage of the many excellent restaurants nearby and in the charming downtown of Monopoli. Leonardo was a wonderful host—warm, accommodating, and extremely responsive. He even welcomed us with a bottle of wine, which was such a thoughtful touch! Monopoli proved to be the ideal base for exploring the region. We took day trips to Bari, Lecce, Matera, and Alberobello—all easily accessible by car (which we definitely recommend having) We truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic stay in Pescici! The roof terrace is simply breathtaking and offers a beautiful view of the bay. Simona welcomed us warmly! The apartment is absolutely sufficient for 2 people and very well equipped. We immediately felt at home. The location in the old town is ideal - you can reach everything on foot and feel right at home. The food in Pescici is simply great and the people are very nice and friendly. And the sea is just 10 minutes away after a nice walk through the old town. We can absolutely recommend this accommodation and are already looking forward to coming back to Pescici. The Airbnb was very cute and had an amazing view both from the window and the lovely patio! The location was perfect, with easy access to both the old and new parts of Matera. Parking was close by and it was simple to get to the apartment from there. The space itself was clean, charming, and had everything we needed. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. One small heads-up: the hot water heater is a bit small, so shorter showers are best. Other than that, everything was great and we’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting Matera!

Our stay in Massa Lubrense at Irinia's was superb. We stayed for 8 nights having driven down from the UK over a number of days. Specific requirements included, secure parking, a second was ability to do some washing (tiny boot in an MX5). Those two boxes were easily ticked off and many more. The home was absolutely spotlessly clean with many small touches making it very homely. Every item you could need was provided. A sea view and the quiet position added that extra element of perfection. After a days sight seeing returning to a quiet haven each day, listening to the local church bells was magical. A great base for exploring, basically slap bang between Naples and Amalfi. A day trip to Capri was also easy, arranged by Irinia from the local harbour. The icing on the cake was Irinia's constant concern that our stay was perfect. Several great local restaurants, Da Michelle was our favourite, 10 minute walk, a bit longer back up! We have just returned home to the UK , having spent a week at Natasha & David's villa . It is simple, retaining many of the original features of the property . Well appointed , fantastic air conditioning, lovely pool . Really beautifully finished inside, comfy beds and lovely bed linen . It is very private but not too far from anywhere, lots of choice within a 10-20 minute drive . The area has retained its original character and charm. The villa allows you to completely switch off. There are two really friendly cats at the property who are no bother and stay outside but appreciate a cuddle and some food and water ! David was really helpful and attentive and really speedy with responses . We had a faultless week, worth every penny . We fully intend to go back .

We loved our stay at Dreamer’s Home. The view of Positano was beautiful. We spent a lot of the time on the large balcony just taking in the view. Giovanni was such a good host. He met us when we get there and helped show us to the place. Before he left he showed us a map of the town with suggestions on where to eat and the best way to get around. He was also very quick to respond anytime we had questions. We highly recommend staying here on your trip to Positano. We hope to be back someday.

Mirna is a true gem. Saying that she is the perfect host doesn’t do it justice - in the weeks leading up to my stay, she checked in regularly to make sure that I was able to book activities (as things get booked up in the Sorrento Coast). She arranged for me to have groceries delivered since I wasn’t renting a car nor scooter. She provided so much information that guided all of my activities, and even when I needed to make additional plans, she placed those calls for me to ensure that I could get reservations. Her kindness was so appreciated. Her home is very clean and her housekeeper was so helpful, even helping me to carry my luggage up the small hill to the main road. Mirna provided coffee, the kitchen utensils that I needed to make my own meals, and I didn’t need anything more. The VIEW is as spectacular as Mirna is…rent her home, you will regret not doing so…in addition to renting a car or scooter (otherwise, she has the name of a fantastic driver)!

Marco was a fantastic and responsive host. We were able to leave bags whilst exploring the city which was very helpful. The apartment was spacious and well equipt with everything we needed. The terrace was a great size and has views of a beautiful church and tower. Beds were very comfortable and the appartment was spotless. The building has a very friendly concierge during the week and a lift. Great location close to restaurants, bars and the port :) I would definitely stay again! the apartment was beautiful with a smart TV. it's worth calling out the smart TV cos all the airbnbs I stayed at up until that point did not have a smart TV or TV at all. everything worked well and the place is gorgeous and spacious with a small kitchen to some simple food prep. check in was the smoothest of all the airbnbs I stayed at too

The apartment was super nice and clean. The location was perfect for experiencing the city and Corrado was the best host we’ve ever had. He was super friendly and responsive, gave many recommendations for what to do and where to eat. At checkout he helped us book a taxi in advance which made our leave very easy and comfortable.

The house was amazing! Very clean and exactly as described. Louka was a fantastic host—he welcomed us and explained everything we needed to know about the parking and the apartment. The location of the house was excellent, right next to a train station that’s about 20–25 minutes from the city center. Everything you might need is within walking distance. We would definitely choose this house again!

Piermario and Antonio are exceptional hosts. We had a very good welcome with the presentation of the accommodation which is wonderfully equipped, everything was planned to feel like home. Small culinary attentions awaited us, two bicycles that we used almost every day to go to the covered market or to the train station to take the train, or to go to the beach, without forgetting the small inner courtyard, a real little gem. They thought of everything, including the barbecue. You don't want to leave once you're there. The geographical location is ideal with transport nearby and shops, restaurants etc... They are very responsive as soon as a small problem arises. We only have one desire, and that is to go back. Thank you for allowing us to have a good stay. Brigitte and Victor

Dubrovnik is beautiful and so is Luko’s place. The view from the balcony is the highlight. The house is spacious and clean. I especially like the decor it has personal touches, from the wall paintings to the vintage cameras. There is a cafe & supermarket nearby. Although it’s quite a walk to and from the old town but we didn’t mind as we enjoyed our morning and afternoon walks looking at houses & the neighborhood. Highly recommend.

He was a fantastic host and remained in great communication throughout our stay for everything we needed. Dino the security guard was also very pleasant and friendly. Would absolutely stay here again!
