A living room, 2 bedrooms with double beds, equipped kitchen, shower room, separate toilet, wifi, television, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave & only a 10 minutes walk to the beach . A parking space under a porch roof closed by an automatic grid will allow you to secure your car or/ and your motorbikes / bikes.

Lovely little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be a few steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!

We were looking for a single-story, peaceful and unique house facing the sea to share sweet moments with family. We found it and it's called Vila Sepia, the sea as the only horizon. We decided to share our haven of peace when we are not there. Come and enjoy and admire the sea as well as the sunsets from our lovingly decorated interior, or from our large 1400 m2 garden.
