Nice accommodation in an old and very authentic country house. We have stayed several times at Bernadette's, who is a very friendly hostess. When the season allows, lunch and coffee breaks in the garden are highly appreciated. Beautiful location to discover the Blaye region and surroundings. We recommend it.

At the end of a road, you will come to a small square with trees where the house with the guest house is located. As a guest, you have a large part of the beautiful garden with terrace at your disposal. Really a place to relax, but there is also plenty to see in the area. There are tips in the cottage for this. We stayed there for two nights and enjoyed it. Nathalie is a sparkling, helpful hostess.

In a necessarily imperfect world, I look for the 1% that could lower the rating of this stay in Marseille, but it is impossible to find it. We are therefore approaching perfection. Despite a short stay, we were welcomed as if we were family with special culinary touches and a fridge providing all kinds of drinks. The location is ideal for those who like this area of Marseille. The garden-level accommodation of Evelyne and Dominique's house is superbly equipped, nothing is missing. The bedding is very high quality, which is really important to us. The terrace offers a magnificent view of the mountain, it is in the shade at the end of the afternoon which allows you to fully enjoy it in the evening when it is hot. Moreover, regarding the heat, we arrived during a heatwave and the accommodation was quite acceptable to live in already without the air conditioning. With a little air conditioning (which is silent) it's great.

We had such a wonderful stay. The property was cozy and had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable trip. The accommodation itself was beautiful, and the surrounding grounds were absolutely superb — peaceful, well-kept, and full of charm. It was especially perfect for the kids! They had a great time playing in the lovely play area and absolutely loved feeding the chickens each day — such a special touch. The pool was a big highlight too, with plenty of toys and inflatables to keep them entertained for hours. Our host was amazing — so friendly, welcoming, and incredibly attentive throughout our stay. We felt really well looked after. This place is a gem, and we’d happily come back again. Highly recommended!

My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay at Emmanuelle and Philippe's cottage. We sadly ran into some travel issues that reduced our stay to just one night, but it was a wonderful experience. The hosts were very flexible and accommodating with our travel issues and allowed us to store our bags there past checkout - it was so helpful and very kind! Their daughter greeted us with some croissants and lavender when we arrived, which was a very thoughtful gesture after the stress of our flight. The area is so quiet and private, and the pool is lovely with great views. The location of the AirBnB is also great - Vence is a wonderful area that really transports you back in time. We also enjoyed saying hello to Macintosh and Prunelle! :) Overall, a wonderful stay with wonderful hosts - I would recommend to anyone!

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved swimming in the pool to cool off after sightseeing in the area. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cooking utensils to cook in the outdoor kitchen. The setting is beautiful with a fantastic garden with interesting plants and flowers and a view of Nice and the sea on a clear day.

Great get-away villa in middle of beautiful Provence, France. 3 double- rooms with no clutter, each with a bathroom and separate toilet, clean and a large swimming pool, comfortably cool inside the house in hot summer weather, spacious kitchen and cozy outdoor living space. The location is countryside, with closest small typical Provence town 3 km away. We so much enjoyed the calm peaceful life under large front yard trees that provide you with shade from hot sun. The owners are the best - assisting when needed recommendations, invisible when we had rest with our kids in the front yard. All popular towns accessible by 10-30 min drive. Excellent welcome, excellent stay, accommodation in line with what we expected but given the location of the toilets on the ground floor, the rooms being upstairs with a straight staircase, given our ages of more or less 80 years, the comfort would have been super top. But that doesn't take away from the comfort of this cottage for young people. The village has everything you need to make all the purchases you need to live well.

Beautiful place full of charm, isolated from everyone, a real haven of peace, a discreet and attentive host. For lovers, there is nothing better. there are also a lot of farm animals with chickens joining us during meals, we can't wait to go back.

Gabrielle was so warm, welcoming and helpful. A perfect host. The accommodation was perfect, nicely designed and decorated, fresh and spotlessly clean. The bike shed is perfect and easy to use. A great kitchen with everything you would need to cook for a week. Nice comfy bed and great little terrace outside, with nice planting. cannot wait to stay again.

This place is something special. A beautiful little loft in a sleepy French village near the edge of the Black Forest, totally relaxing, like stepping into a slower, quieter world. You wake up to church bells, maybe spot a few goats in the goat house across the street, and have breakfast in a storybook setting inside a 17th-century stone house. The market in the next village is fantastic, cheeses, fresh bread, regional sausages (yep, delicious), and all sorts of local treats. We unplugged completely, and you can feel the stress of everyday life just evaporate. A perfect weekend reset and wonderful hosts. Would absolutely recommend.

J went above and beyond with helping me find local recommendations, instructions for transportation, & just all around help whenever I needed it. He was so quick to respond and even helped me to organize a private boat tour with oyster tasting, cheese, bread & wine. The house itself was small but great - it was a perfectly adequate size for just the two of us and was pristine. And just because I looked through reviews and photos and didn’t see a mention, there are blinds in the skylights so if you close those the place stays seriously dark, which is nice since we planned to sleep in both mornings!

It was great overnight stay before catching flight. It is close to airport which was very convenient.

We had a great stay at Katie and Fred’s place. Great hosts. They gave us good insight into the local culture in the town. Taught us where the locals sit in the afternoon to have a drink and watch the world go by. The pool was great and warm! I appreciated the extras (waffles, coffee, wine) for pre and post bike riding! It was super helpful being able to wash and hang our laundry after weeks of travelling. Even though the hosts live at this address our space was completely separate. Great few days, we loved our visit here!

We enjoyed staying with you very much. Beautiful accommodation, surroundings and super nice landlords. They took good care of us, but unfortunately, they were sick most of the time. We can only recommend it, we will be happy to come back :)

The place is very nice and cozy. An old house, which was renovated with a lot of taste. You feel right at home, as everything is very warm and stylishly furnished. We were only disturbed by the fact that we were staying on a sofa bed. Although this seems to be quite new, in my opinion it is not suitable for 2 adults. I think a bed would be the better solution. All in all, a great and super clean accommodation. ☺️

We had a wonderful time in this chateau! It was beautiful and really peaceful. We enjoyed staying in our own private wing, and really relaxed whilst we were there, having meals outside with just the sounds of the birds for company. Inside the chateau was simply fantastic; just as in the pictures. Marie-Laurence could not have been more helpful and really made us feel at home and giving us info on the area and things that were happening locally whilst we were there. We had a great time touring the area - from local towns and cities, to the coast and countryside. Perfect! Highly recommended!!!

Our stay with Cathy, for the first time on holiday with our 3.5 month old twins, was wonderful! Cathy is friendly and does her utmost to make your vacation as pleasant as possible. She is flexible and attentive and we have optimally enjoyed the spaces and the options such as the massage and breakfast. The temperatures were very high, so we got a mobile air conditioner for some cooling and were allowed extra at the pool. We enjoyed!
