Such a beautiful and quiet place to stay in. The apt was absolutely charming, comfortable, and spacious! You also get a discount going up a gondola that's right next door! I think my only complaint is that the shower was a little claustrophobic. Could help if there's a glass door rather than a curtain. But other than that, it was an amazing stay!

We loved Nicolas quaint stone home in the gorgeous countryside. Very peaceful and relaxing. The kitchen was adequately equipped for cooking. Which is important since most local restaurants or stores are about 15 -20 min drive. The surrounding area is just stunning and we highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

We had a great time, quiet and relaxing. The accommodation is conveniently located for visiting Switzerland about 1 hour/1/30 from major destinations (Bern, Neuchâtel, Lausanne, Montreux). The hosts are very attentive and offer delicious products.

We wanted a place to have some peace and quiet in the middle of nature and that is exactly what Amélie’s place is. She lives right next to the stay, however she fully respected our privacy. Amélie explained us very clearly how everything works in the house (dry toilet, how to light and manage the fire place). There is no fridge, but there is a cool room + a water fountain in which you can put the food and it preserves cold. Amélie was very friendly and we communicated very well. All in all, our experience was very nice and we hope to return some day.

We stayed three days in Evelyne's cabin! A little flowery paradise! Everything was perfect and we recommend it without hesitation!

The purpose of my stay was to recharge, mission accomplished! My dog's company was accepted with kindness and benevolence... and for me it was very important... I appreciated the little touches and the cleanliness of the place. Great hikes on site and nearby, the place is also suitable for cyclists, mountain biking and road. 9.5/10 Review for Max Chalet Gimmelwald Max Chalet was perfect for our family of three—a fantastic base for a mountain getaway! Surroundings: Gimmelwald is stunning, with hiking right outside the door. We loved the Northface Trail and the easy gondola access to Mürren, Schilthorn, and the valley. Parking at Stechelberg was only $10/day. Entertainment: Hiking was our main activity—beautiful trails and mountain huts. Pension Gimmelwald and Mountain Hostel next door offer meals, drinks, and great pizza (8.5/10). Food: Dining options nearby, more in Mürren, and a grocery store for essentials to cook at Max. The House: Spacious, cozy, clean, with big windows framing epic views. Well-equipped kitchen, laundry room, and a great patio. Quiet at night (bring a fan for white noise). Floors creak but didn’t bother us. Host: Marianne was super responsive and helpful. Summary: We’d absolutely stay again—9.5/10! (We’ve never given a 10, so this is top marks from us!)

Beatrice’s place is one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed, it looks exactly like the pictures and the pool is very well maintained, we enjoyed our one week stay to the max. We have a six month old baby with us and the place is perfectly equipped with everything we need, including the baby crib, changing table, baby bath, baby seat and even a baby pool floatie!

Such an amazing location and host!! An absolute must if visiting the area.

Perfect accommodation! We took this apartment for a family weekend at EuropaPark (only 20 minutes by car), we all left delighted. The accommodation is clean, accessible and has more than necessary inside. The accommodation is decorated with great taste, with small details everywhere in the apartment. It was a pleasure to stay here, and we will definitely come back. I recommend Iris's apartment to everyone. Thanks for the stay.

We had a great stay at Françoise & Serge's. The studio has a wonderful view of the lake and is super connected by train, tram and boat. In the four days we were able to experience a lot and the tourist card of Neuchâtel makes exploring all the easier! We will definitely recommend the area and the studio.

We had a brilliant stay. The house was perfectly sized for our group of 4 adults and 1 child. The hot tub was huge and was really relaxing after a long day out visiting local towns and cities. The place was peaceful and relaxing and although in close proximity to the owners house, it felt private and non intrusive. The house is perfectly based for visits to the Black Forest and exploring Alsace which we have enjoyed. Very clean, air conditioning and beautiful surroundings. Would recommend and would stay again.

We loved this place. It’s set in beautiful surroundings in a quiet and charming alpine village. It’s has everything you could possibly need. Delightful décor and generally very comfortable. There are lovely lakes to visit close by. Jill was incredible. So friendly, welcoming and helpful. We highly recommend it and would love to return.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. We enjoyed the stay very much and were able to experience a very pleasant weekend with our family. Apartment is very cozy, well maintained and clean. It even had a piano and a guitar. We were completely satisfied with everything. I'd love to come another time. Nicolas always tried to make sure we were doing well and could always ask questions when we needed something.

We had a wonderful time at Nicole's farmhouse. The location is beautiful, tucked away in the countryside. Out children loved spending time playing outside with the lamb and chickens! Nicole was out of town, but Loic took good care of us and made a lovely breakfast. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone traveling through the area!

Hanna and Ernst where the perfect hosts. They were there to greet us and there to farewell us. When we arrived, there were little Lindt chocolates and fruit for us to have and Hanna also gave us a sample of her homemade rhubarb cake. The scenery from the windows was breathtaking and they also had an outdoor area for us to use. Anything you need to know about the area, they were able to help. Thank you for having us in your home.

Staying at Maxine's place in the middle of Lavaux was great! The views over the lake with the mountains behind was wonderful. Read well in advance which appartment is rented. It matters when you retrieve the key from the Lockbox. Very spacious appartment. We stayed with 6 adults and 1 baby, but more than enough space for all of us.
