Nous serons très heureux vous faire partager ce spot exceptionnel implanté dans terrain arborisé, au bord de la rivière au bout de notre terrain. Annecy est à 5 mn en voiture et le lac/ vieille ville sont à 10/15 mn en voiture. les voyageurs disposent de beaucoup d'espace, d'une pergola avec cuisine d'été, et d’un tennis ! Cette roulotte Roumaine de 14 m2 habitables, a été réalisée artisanalement en Roumanie et offre tout le confort nécessaire (isolation, chauffage, salle de bain etc.)

The opportunity to discover the Château de Rosières during a tour (included) or an Escape Game. Caravan for 2 people, linen provided. Please note that there is no access to water and electricity or wifi in the caravan. However, 300 meters away, in an annex of the castle: we provide toilets, shower and fridge.

the trailer is located on our land adjacent to our house. Ideal for lovers of calm, we live near the woods. Shower (hot water) and DRY TOILET nearby only for the trailer. There is electricity and the possibility of heating. Bed 1.85 long × 1.50 wide. Barbecue possible. Small fridge and shed to eat in the shelter or park bikes. Linens provided, NO TOWELS. Pets allowed on a leash, land not enclosed.
