Parfait pour 4 personnes (2 x 2 adultes ou 2 adultes et 2 enfants) pour visiter Lyon et ses environs. Logement au 1er étage (rdc non occupé) composé d'une cuisine équipée avec table pour manger, d'une chambre avec un lit double (140x190) et d'un salon convertible en 2eme chambre (2 lits simples ou 1 double). Situé au 5ème et dernier étage (avec ascenseur) d’une résidence sécurisée, il est particulièrement calme et lumineux☀️. Ce logement étant aussi mon lieu de vie lorsqu’il n’est pas loué, il dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires pour se sentir bien au quotidien : cuisine équipée, un bureau pour travailler (dans le salon) ou encore une terrasse aménagée pour profiter de la belle saison.
