Logement au 1er étage (rdc non occupé) composé d'une cuisine équipée avec table pour manger, d'une chambre avec un lit double (140x190) et d'un salon convertible en 2eme chambre (2 lits simples ou 1 double). Depuis la véranda privée, vous aurez un accès direct au jardin et à la piscine. Cette dernière n’est pas chauffée et sera accessible dès que les conditions climatiques le permettront. Le jardin et la piscine sont à partager avec le propriétaire qui réside sur place. Bus C20 à 5 mn du logement direction Lyon.

Lyon Perrache railways 12min by train (railway station 15 min walk), Part-Dieu 35 min by bus.

From the living room and bedrooms you can access a large terrace, an outdoor 15 x 4 m saltwater pool, many deckchairs and armchairs available.
