My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights during our time in Crete and absolutely fell in love with the place. The home is so cozy and has everything you need from the moment you walk in. Maria was super helpful and made sure we had what we needed for a comfortable stay. Set in a rustic village with amazing views of the skyline, this place is one you should book for sure. Super close to the town of Rethymno, with many shops, restaurants, and beaches a short drive away.

This place creatively incorporates the historic parts of an olive mill with contemporary design. It was roomy and had everything we needed, but a minor thing, body wash would have been nice. Met the owner who was very nice and gracious. Loved being able to walk to 3 different great restaurants, a market, pharmacy and close proximity to Rethymno. It is strategically located between Chania and Heraklion, too. Definitely recommended!

It was our first time in Greece, Crete and it was beautiful. The house was even better than the pictures, amazing view and perfect for 6 people. The elevator inside the house was perfect and the kitchen was lovely to spend time cooking and relaxing. It definitely felt like home and we wish we could’ve stayed longer 😍 I would definitely come back to this house again. Thank you for everything!

We had a wonderful time in the nice cottage and the beautiful swimming pool overlooking the sea and the robust mountains. Dimitra and Kostas are very sweet and hospitable and respond very quickly to questions. This beautiful place is highly recommended even without a car because there is a delicious taverna within walking distance on a small but quiet beach where you can chill under the tree and a supermarket with a nice terrace across the street . Even our little dog enjoyed it. A top location

Our experience here was the highlight of our stay in Crete! Federico provided us with detailed recommendations of some of his favorite spots nearby, and we visited as many as we could. Each one was a beautiful destination with no tourists and occasionally some fellow locals. And his food recommendations were some of the best food we had! We stayed in this lovely, modern villa in southern Crete. The surroundings were beautiful, we enjoyed a lot of sunny days, which made our stay even better. There were several nice restaurants that we very much enjoyed. Also happy with the well equipped supermarket just a minute away. The authentic and mountaineous region is very beautiful. We explored the scenic landscapes, like the Imbros gorge. The villa was very clean and well-equipped, providing all the essentials for a very comfortable stay. The kitchen is wonderful as is the outdoor grill, and the bedrooms had very comfortable beds. The bathrooms were clean and modern. The villa's location on the beach provided very nice views, we felt very lucky to have the whole beach to ourselves. Loved the privacy. One downside was the heated pool. We had chosen this villa in large part for the pool, but during our stay in April, the water was not yet warm enough, which was a bit disappointing for the kids. We would recommend this l

We already know the house from previous holidays. And we are very happy here. We have three dogs in the house, it is not a given that this is possible. Thanks to the nice host. Everything is very relaxed with him. The next year is currently being planned.

Wonderful Experience at the Villa Elias! Our stay at the villa was perfect. The sea view was breathtaking, especially during sunset – a true sense of calm, quiet, and complete privacy. Choosing this villa was an excellent decision, especially because of the heated pool, which the kids absolutely loved. They enjoyed both swimming and playing in the spacious garden. The villa is well-equipped, with many useful items that made our stay very comfortable, including an air pump for pool toys. The location is also great – close to shops, supermarkets, and pharmacies. We loved staying at Petros's place. The location is picture perfect and completely serene, coupled with the stunning views - perfect getaway gem. The villa is beautifully designed with lots of places to explore and hang out in. Petros is very accommodating and all around helpful from assisting us in setting up the outdoor speakers to offering to make restaurant reservations on our behalf. We had an absolutely amazing time and hope to stay at the villa again when we come back to Crete. Highly recommend!

Book this Airbnb. Do not think twice. Nice to be greeted with wine and snacks after the flight over. 3 styles of coffee makers with coffee. Sugar, spices, olive oil and balsamic to get you started. 4 bedroom 3 full baths. Great living and cooking areas. Very spacious for our group of 7. Clean and comfortable. Equipped with everything you could ask for. We made a few terrific meals with the grill and kitchen equipment. Harilao has put a lot of thought and planning in to his home. Gorgeous outdoor space with heated pool. Indoors is clean and uncluttered. The views are lovely. 1 minute on walk up the street to fresh bread daily and cute market. 3 minute walk down the street is a bigger market. 4 minute walk to my favorite beach. 8 Euro for 2 chairs and an umbrella. Bar right there if you want a drink. Walk to coffee, pastries, restaurants and bars near by. We loved the home and beach so much that we slipped a few day trips. 5 stars. I hope to come back! Amazing home.

Everything was exactly as expected or even better. The property is great and the view over the pool is breathtaking. We especially enjoyed the BBQ lounge and the whirlpool. The space is a clear recommendation.

This is a 10/10 Villa. We have travelled a lot and this is by far the best Villa we have stayed in. We were a family of 9 (5 adults and 4 children aged 2, 4, 9 and 11). The views are stunning, the pool is big, all the rooms have private bathroom. Jacuzzi is also perfect for when the sun goes down! Theo was a wonderful host helping us, giving good recommendations and suprising as with some nice gestures. This Villa really is a Gem as the name suggests. As for the surroundings - it is 100% private! For me the best part was that there is a nice local village to walk to every night. There are some amazing Tavernas/Restaurants with delicious food and reasonable prices (also a mini-market). There is also a nice beach with a good restaurant and a nice cozy beach bar - it is only a 10 minute walk from the villa. And if you rent a car then it is a 10 minute ride to the Rethymnon old town, which is also a very nice place with lots of shops and restaurants. The Villa was worth every euro!

The house is simply gorgeous. Our family had a wonderful Christmas holiday here. The host was very generous with items in the refrigerator and a well stocked kitchen. Lots of recommendations of places to eat in the area. Michael met us in the driveway upon arrival and showed us everything in the house, that was very kind. Especially loved access to the washer and dryer because we were traveling with kids. It was too cold to use the pool, but if you are here when it is warm, it would be such delight.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa in Crete! The house was fantastic – beautifully maintained with everything we needed for a perfect vacation. We even got some fresh fruits to settle in. The beds were very comfortable, and the view from the villa was simply spectacular. The pool was a real highlight, offering stunning scenery and a great place to relax (Also, never played table tennis with that scenery…). Within just a 10-minute drive, we found lovely beaches and charming taverns. Our host, Spyros, was extraordinarily friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel truly welcome. We totally recommend this villa, especially for families looking for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway! It’s not cheap but totally worth it!

The Airbnb was fantastic, very modern and spacious with an amazing view. The host was extremely helpful leading up to our stay and also during our stay. One of the best Villa’s I have ever stayed in, the pictures do not do it justice. Highly recommend choosing this for your stay in Greece. Only bad thing is that we had to leave to come back home!

I can’t recommend the apartment enough. It was the best equipped rental I have ever stayed in and the location is beyond fabulous. A few steps down to the beach, the views from the terrace, 2 mins away from a handful of great restaurants, a cafe right next door and 15 mins walk into the main town. It has everything for a relaxed stay but everything on your doorstep when you want it. The house is as the photos depict - stylish and luxurious. A stay here will not disappoint! Loved every moment of it and wonderful hosts.

We had the best time at Manos’ villa. It is even more beautiful than the photos and was spotlessly clean, had everything you could possibly need and was so close to beautiful beaches. Sitting on the balcony every morning looking out to sea was just soooo relaxing. We all slept so well in the comfy beds. We have fallen in love with this part of Crete and hope to come back to this gorgeous villa asap! Manos is a warm and responsive host and we felt so at home. Thanks so much!!!

The accommodation is extremely spacious. The pool is fantastic, the view is incredible. The beach is easily reached on foot in just 300m. The restaurant Vatalos (on the beach) is highly recommended. We thought the beach was great. It had shady spots under the trees, sandy beach and rocks. The whole house was cleaned twice a week and new bed linen was provided. All towels were also changed. We felt very comfortable in the house and would book again immediately. The owners are very nice and accommodating.

This is a spectacular villa and easily matches the photos. One unexpected feature was that one of the two pools was shallow for the kids. That meant they could stand by themselves and they would play in it all day. The adults loved just lying in it too! Nikos was a great host. He welcomed us on to the property and was extremely responsive with our questions. He even delivered extra pool toys and Greek treats during our stay. The area is very private with a short drive to supermarkets and some classic waterfront restaurants. It’s also convenient to get to Chania airport. We loved our stay here as two families, it exceeded our expectations and would strongly recommend.

We were seven people, including three children (one toddler), and everything was just perfect. The villa is spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely well-equipped – the kitchen had top-tier appliances, and the baby gear was modern, clean, and like new. The house is set in a peaceful location with a breathtaking sea view. When we arrived, a delicious homemade Greek salad and cookies were waiting for us – such a warm welcome!
