Due to its size it is ideal for one or two people, but it has a sofa bed and they can stay one or two more. It is 2 kilometers from the beach of San Juan and the golf course and 6 from the center of Alicante.

Fabulous Renovated Apartment 1st Line Beach

After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful apartment. The apartment was clean and spacious (bigger than we expected) there always a beautiful pool area with sun loungers and a gym. Our host was very helpful and flexible and really made our stay enjoyable and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place

What an incredible stay! Laura’s place was fantastic, so well equipped with a lovely family feel throughout the house. Stayed there with my partner, my parents and my six month old son and to say that the house exceeded our every expectations would be an understatement! The house was perfect and the outdoor area was a joy to spend time with my family in, the local area of Playa de San Juan was a phenomenal Spanish beach town. Highly recommend Laura’s place and I can’t wait to visit again! One of the best AirBnBs I have ever stayed at!

Excellent accommodation for spending several days with the family, in a residential complex with a pool, garden, and sand sports courts. Quiet area and easy parking nearby, although they have 2 garage spaces. The villa is huge, with many rooms and bathrooms for everyone, equipped, with a cool basement with a bed, refrigerator, TV. Very spacious, clean and with everything you need for short and long stays. And the best hosts Dana and Edu, very communicative, flexible and many recommendations.

What a place, beautiful historical building out of the hustle and bustle of Alicante centre. Perfect place to spend some down time with friends, the pool area was divine, and makes this property stand out from all the rest. The kitchen was well equipped and more, the bathrooms were luxurious and everything was spotless. Walking distance to an array of lovely restaurants, shops and historical landmarks. If you are not a fan of strolling or the sun is too hot there is a bus stop right outside so exploring is easy for anyone. We were welcomed in by the host and given a little tour which was super lovely, a real personal touch. Just a heads up, the two doubles in the downstairs bedrooms are small and not the comfiest. 3 nights was about our limit I don’t think I could have slept in them for a week. There is also a house being renovated next door so we were woken early with the sounds of drills and hammers, again any longer than three nights would have been effected by this. Still 5⭐️
