Holiday rentals with lake access in Franklin County

I love this place so much! It's been a long term rental and I wish it was forever. Renee is the perfect hostess and now she's my friend. The community is perfect, quiet and friendly. Exactly what I needed for this time in my life. It's been a Joy and a blessing!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving at Bay Breeze Apalachicola! Pam is a superb host who added so many thoughtful touches for her guests! We loved the front porch which had a dog gate so we could enjoy the bay breezes with our whole family. Pam added Christmas lights and decorations which we loved. Comfortable beds and lots of hot water and a fully equipped kitchen made us feel right at home. The large open grassy area behind the house was terrific for walking our dogs. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much for hosting, Pam. It was wonderful!

Emil was very helpful as we left our home in Tampa and were looking for a place to take cover during hurricane Milton.

Great place to go and unwind. We took our family of 7 with 5 teenagers for a long weekend to unplug from video games and phones. It was perfect. The pool table played many many games over the weekend, many catfish caught on the dock and lots of cards games with lots of laughter. Only thing I would recommend would make sure you bring big spray (you are in the woods). Kitchen and bathrooms had all necessities and Garry was wonderful. Very responsive from booking until checkout. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay! There were lots of games to play, and my family loved the kayaks and fishing from the dock. St. George Island is 30 minutes away and is beautiful! Thank you for a great stay!

Cannot say enough good things about our stay. The house was perfect for a family vacation, everyone had plenty of room and there was lots of room in the living/dining/kitchen area for everyone to gather. It was perfect for our dogs and perfect for a toddler. We were right at the beach, and had the best view from the porch. Nick was so helpful and responsive. One of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed at for a family vacation!

We loved this place..We were there to fish so of course the dock was our most favorite feature…we had power, water, and a fish cleaning station…The proximity to the gulf was perfect..Ben and Shirley were super accommodating and always available for questions and comments..We will definitely be back..

Jonathan’s home was wonderful. My husband and I were separated from the main house in the bungalow, so the kids were in the main house. The kids are preteens so they felt like kings in their own castle. We had a nice bit of privacy and after long days at the beach we came home to cook, eat, and relax. We decided to make this a new yearly tradition. Jonathan was always available from the moment I booked in March till we were otw home in June, could not ask for more in a host. Will absolutely use his properties again in the future. Thank You Jonathan !
