Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Franklin County

We really enjoyed our stay at this home! We stayed at Tims Ford Lake for a family reunion and had family members in 3 other homes in this neighborhood. It was really nice to have everyone within walking distance. It was extra nice to have a golf cart for us to use in going from the various houses and taking people back and forth from the house to the community dock. This is a great house and a great neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again in the future and would highly recommend it to others.

Our stay at Julie’s place was so good. All our family was there except one granddaughter. We had a great time on the water in spite of some rain. We rented a pontoon for Saturday and it was a hit for everyone. The house is well stocked and very spacious. It was helpful to have access to 2 kitchens. But just know there is nothing in the way of dishes or utensils downstairs. The game area was awesome and enjoyable for everyone. The downstairs bathroom needs a new shower because even though it’s clean it looks dirty. We had an issue with the AC when we got there and Julie jumped right on it and had someone there that night. (Even though she was in Italy!). We also found that the downstairs patio area had not been cleaned in a while and cushions were very dirty. We had to clean the two porches floors and cushions but I think no one had used the house for a while. Again she got someone there the next morning who power washed the patio and cushions outside. Julie is a great host.

We had an amazing stay at Trina’s Airbnb! My friends and I originally planned to attend Bonnaroo for the first time and unfortunately it was cancelled, which was a huge bummer. Everyone was feeling down and doubtful that we would enjoy the remainder of our stay, but we were very wrong. Although we strayed from our original plans, this Airbnb and the area we were staying in made this trip completely worth it! I don’t have one complaint and would book again in a heartbeat.

My friends and I had a wonderful time! We loved the peaceful environment, the kayaks, and just the overall atmosphere of the home. It was the perfect place for us to just enjoy being in nature. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was great for cooking meals together, and there were many small thoughtful touches. We highly recommend this home!

I felt like a welcomed guest from the minute I walked in. The home was spotless and smelled so clean and fresh. I have rented in Tennessee for the last 15 summers and have never rented a place that had so many extras (smores-popcorn- coffee pods-toiletries-kitchen supplies-etc. .Phil checked in to make sure everything was O:K. It is an absolute 5 Star !!!!

Melissa,  Thankyou for letting us enjoy your beautiful home! The rooms were comfortable and beautiful. I appreciated: The beautiful views out the windows. The charging blocks in each room.  The great variety of housewares in the kitchen.  The view of the dock from the kitchen table (could watch my son-in-law and grandson catch fish). We all spent most of our time there-playing games, eating, etc. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the showers. The beds were so cozy and comfortable.  Lots of extra super soft blankets to add to beds, if needed. The amenities furnished in the bathrooms were nice plus Plenty of Drawers. 😊 Loved the photo over the master bedroom entrance. And I know you arranged the not too hot weather! It was just perfect! My 88 year old Mom appreciated the Ion and Lifetime channels! 😊It’s the first trip she’s been on w/ us in years-she settled right in in front of the tv in the living room and said she would come back. Great Place/Great Host/Great Times

The house is great, liked just the photos and has plenty of supplies. The only thing that could make it better would be being closer to the lake!

We had a family vacation here to celebrate Thanksgiving with my Daughters and their families. The home is really beautiful and was enough space for all of us. Everyone had their own room. The pool table was great.The fire pit outside was great to gather around to roast marshmellows. The views were breathtaking!! My grandson fished off the dock, as he brought his own but they also provided. Went for a ride on the conoe.. We would love to come back in the future to make more memories. Paul was quick to respond to any questions we would have before and during our stay. Really beautiful home.

we loved our stay at the Yurt! It was exactly what we wanted! We enjoyed the hotub, pool, volleyball court, basketball court and the petting zoo! We also did the hiking trail across the street where you can visit AL, GA, and TN! Just be prepared it is very steep and you’ll feel very accomplished once you get to the top! My only complaint is we had many flies in our room, I believe they were coming from the 3 bags of trash that sat outside of the yurt hopefully this was a one time thing!

Quiet, comfortable lodging, loved having a full kitchen. I only spent the early morning & evenings in the apartment & during that time, neighbors were quiet. It’s a short drive to the civic center area. Neighborhood felt safe. Communication is great. I would stay again.

This was a wonderful apartment and a lot bigger than we expected! It is beautifully decorated and the couches and beds are very comfortable! Loved having the loft for the kids to sleep in, it was a big hit! The apartment was very clean which we appreciate! Joy is very conscientious and made us feel at home! Even helping with our little missteps without complaint! We really appreciated the little flowers and decorations we found around the home made it feel special! There is plenty of parking and the neighborhood is beautiful! We recommend this place to everyone!

Such a darling cabin! It was perfect for our stay and 10 min door to door to University of the South. There were so many nice touches @ the cabin - snacks in kitchen, coffee stocked, great bathroom amenities, comfortable bed, etc! We loved it and will be back. Thank you, Amy!

We had a great stay!! The place is easy to find and feels very quiet and peaceful in nature, I wish we could've stayed a whole week. There are other houses in the area but they are not too close so you have space and it still feels private (just not 100% "in the middle of nowhere" private - we were also here in the winter with no leaves on the trees inbetween). As others mentioned, the stairs going up to the bathroom/bedrooms is more like a ladder so important to keep in mind if you have mobility issues, but we had no problem navigating them. Our dog stayed downstairs and had tons of fun running around outside. There's also some fantastic hikes in the area!! Can't wait to come back again when the weather is warmer to take full advantage of the dock/lake. Thanks for a wonderful weekend away!

This was our second time staying here. The home is so beautiful, well appointed and the views are glorious. Having the gated neighborhood is an added bonus.

3 Bedrooms plus loft beds and 3 baths made this a great weekend stay for 3 couples and a single. the walk way outside is uneven rock and the stairs inside were larger spaced steps.

This mountain retreat is the perfect place to go with friends or family. You have areas to gather together and spend time by the fire or grilling and have an amazing view of the mountains, while still having your privacy. Each unit has its own bathroom and different sleeping arrangements. It is so magical and serene, the pictures do not do it justice.

Gorgeous home immersed in the woods! We really enjoyed our stay.
