Only 25 minutes by car to 49 North Mountain Resort with hiking, hunting, cycling, snowshoeing, bird watching, and mountain biking in between. Your private apartment is directly facing Deer Lake Marsh with expansive Lake views from the balcony. Enjoy a romantic escape in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Rustic chic studio cabin (450sqft + a low-ceiling sleeping loft) set in an idyllic country setting. The timber for the cabin was harvested and sawed into logs in small batches within one mile of our location. The cabin was handcrafted by the owner to include log beds, dining table, and other accents. Enjoy modern amenities in a cozy atmosphere. This is the perfect place to get away from it all and enjoy a quiet weekend with endless night skies. There isn’t anywhere quite like Cougar Creek.

Serene Lakeside Retreat

Medical Lake is a serene, non-motorized lake perfect for a relaxing or kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming. It's close proximity to Spokane makes it an ideal place to kick back and relax a bit, or hit the town for a show or night out. The revitalized downtown here offers a coffee shop that roasts their own coffee as well as shopping and restaurants to explore. Our western view over the water features beautiful sunsets nightly, perfect to enjoy from the hot tub or next to the fire.

Rural Bungalow with Mountain Views

Also known as Dominion Mountain Retreat, this 565 sq. foot bungalow can sleep up to 5, but is spacious and lovely for a couple. Very comfortable queen bed upstairs, with spiral stairs leading to a rooftop deck. Full kitchen, dedicated workspace, tiled bath with shower, hot tub and fire pit available for comfort outside. Hummingbird paradise in summer, especially June and July! Level 1 and 2 EV chargers available by prior arrangement. Please note: Winter Access requires 4WD or AWD vehicle!

Treehouse in the pines

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.

Plenty of space to explore, enjoy, and relax. You can raft down the river, enjoy the pool, trampoline, barbeque, have a campfire, play games. Golfing is located across the street. Close to the Trans Canada Trail. Covid safe, special cleaning procedures in place, social distancing, no contact check-in process. Our sweet little cabin was built with much love. It’s clean, cozy and has everything you need for few days of refuge from life’s busy buzz. Close to the river, golf, ski hill, hiking, KVR bike trail and many more adventures. Has fridge, bbq, one burner propane plate and induction toaster oven. Bathroom and queen bed in loft. All bedding and linens are available. Kids welcome as there is futon couch that folds into bed. Fire pit for when fires are allowed.
