Pasquo cottage is set on the hillside of a 5-acre property, next to a 200-year-old home that served as a hospital in the civil war. It's on the western edge of Nashville, off Highway 100 and Sneed Road. The famous Loveless cafe is one mile away. We are 15 minutes from downtown Franklin, 25 minutes to Leaper's Fork, 15 minutes to Green Hills, 20 minutes to Downtown, 30 minutes to the Fontanel. Grocery, Starbucks, and restaurants are less than 5 minutes away in Bellevue. And don't forget the Loveless Cafe! Our closest restaurant to the house is world-famous for their biscuits, southern food, BBQ, and shops. Uber/Lyft available.

Expansive 1550 sq ft guest suite in our home. We live upstairs. 20 min to downtown and 20 min to Franklin. Includes a private entrance with no stairs, kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful back yard with open night sky and fireflies on warm summer nights. Keyless entry, Wi-Fi, and plenty of privacy. More affordable and spacious than 2 hotel rooms. We encourage you to compare our reviews to local hotels. There is a private office space on the first floor. Up a flight of stairs is a private modern bathroom, studio style open floor plan with spacious bedroom with a full bed and a daybed, a fully equipped kitchen and den with ample seating. Off the den is a spacious, private deck with seating.
