We had an amazing time at the house - very impressed with how clean it was and the surrounding area. Tito's Mexican Restaurant is a short 2 blocks away - highly recommend as the food was amazing and staff was over the top friendly! My only very small complaint was finding the garage behind the house, it took us a few trips circling the house to find the driveway to the garages. And the address wasn't on the garage doors so we weren't sure which one was #3, but easily figured it out. The cliff/drop off when pulling out of the garage was a bit scary, had to have someone out there to let me know how close we were to the edge when pulling out. Street parking was available though so we did that the rest of the nights. If coming back to TN in the future, would 100% stay here again.

Perfect for my family of 12. My dad had surgery at Vanderbilt and location was perfect for us to go between here and the hospital. Very handy to restaurants and stores. Overall a good experience.

We had a great one-night stay! The place was super cute, clean, and exactly as described. Even though it was a short visit, it didn’t take away from the experience at all. The host was incredibly quick to respond and made everything smooth and easy. Check-in instructions were crystal clear, which we really appreciated. Would absolutely stay here again!

Communication was very responsive throughout our entire stay. Home is very well stocked with anything that you could possibly need. Host was very accommodating when our flight was rescheduled. Would highly recommend when looking for a place to stay in Nashville.

Jennifer’s townhome was wonderful! We were in Nashville for a long weekend for the two night Metallica concert. The home had everything we needed and felt like home. OpryMills is just a few minute drive and getting downtown for the concert was easy and a quick drive as well. Next time we go to Nashville, we will definitely reserve Jennifer’s home again. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Great communication. Clean and tidy accommodation.

We were in town visiting family and the location was close to everything but set in a quiet neighborhood. Kai’s place was very clean, welcoming and very well stocked. Kai thought of everything; from toiletries, extra towels, blankets , charcoal for the grill to bottles of water and more. The house was nicely decorated and felt like home away from home we really enjoyed the back deck! Kai was also a great host. We didn’t need anything during our stay but she checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.

There is simply too much to say, so I’ll let the other reviews, description, and photo speak for themselves. We absolutely felt comfortable and spoiled in this luxurious townhome. It was completely spotless but certainly not sterile feeling - it was warm and cozy and truly felt like home, and beyond. Having a roomy garage was a huge perk as well. I would be remiss not to mention that all of this was possible for us because of the passion, clarity, vision, friendliness, and attention to detail Abby and Frederico put into this AirBnB. And truly, it was a great value for everything provided. Highly recommended and will be back!

Super clean and cute ..very spacious for a 2/2…pool access…lots of walking close by…just a few miles from literally EVERYTHING! Didn’t have to strip all the sheets upon checkout 🤩

The place is exactly as described in the pictures! Very clean and felt comfortable in the home. My guest and I really enjoyed everything provided in the house. The host was super responsive which helped us out a lot! Will definitely book, again, for future trips!

Toni's townhouse was absolutely perfect. It was clean, peaceful and exactly what we needed. Toni was very responsive and very polite and friendly. We highly recommend this townhouse if you plan to visit Nashville.

stayed here for bonnaroo and it was the perfect distance between the festival grounds and Nashville, and after the festival got canceled we ended up spending a lot of time in the house :’) but had no complaints as we loved our stay, it was very comfortable, we felt right at home!

If you want place that is perfect! Feels like home, have everything you need, walking distance, an amazing host that is proactive, no need to rent a car if you are looking at the heart of Nashville, downtown, broadway. I will come back not once but multiple times!

We had a great time staying here for my friend’s bachelorette! The place looked just like the photos—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. While the location isn’t right by Broadway, it was only a short Uber ride away, so it wasn’t an issue at all. The rooftop was definitely a highlight and a perfect spot to celebrate. The only small suggestion would be to upgrade the mattresses on the lower bunk beds for added comfort. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from start to finish. We’d definitely stay at one of Harley’s properties again!

Vickie's place was great for the stay! The place is very spacious (2 queens and a king; the master room was huge), with an awesome rooftop, balcony, and common area! We were in town for a conference in the convention center. It was about a 15 min Uber ride to downtown for it. Vickie was communicative during the stay. A lot of cute touches, like the guestbook

Beautiful clean townhouse with a lovely and responsive host located in a quiet gated community. The place was modern with like new features in every room. Clear check in and out communication. Lovely features such as outdoor swing chairs and complimentary coffee. This place was beautiful and felt like home for my family of 3. ! Highly recommend!

Malina and Jordan were great hosts! They were extremely responsive to any/all questions we had during our stay. The “Home in Nash” was spacious, beautifully decorated and clean as a whistle! It completely accommodated our group of four adults and two children, and we probably could’ve had a few more people join us! I have already recommended the place to friends, andand I am likely to return there in the future.

This place worked great for our girls trip! There was so much bedding. We loved all the bathrooms, they made getting ready so easy! There was also a Mexican restaurant within walking distance! We would definitely stay here again!
