Monthly Rentals in Franklin Township

Everything about this space was great! There was a small issue with the AC unit, and Barbara and Katie sent someone out within 20 minutes to fix it. They were responsible the entire length of my stay. The bed was comfortable and there were snacks and cold bottles of water in the fridge upon my arrival, which was a nice touch! I will definitely stay here again if my travels bring me back to West Union! ☺️

This is a beautiful and very comfortable house! We needed a place to crash for a few nights during a super busy 4H camp. We were always exhausted when we returned to the house each night. It was wonderful to have hot showers with plenty of clean towels. We were able to just relax without worrying about anything. It was peaceful, clean, well stocked. It felt safe! I loved that we were able to arm the alarm system while we were there! We easily found everything we needed. We were thrilled to have use of a washer and dryer and the grill! We were given lots of phone numbers to call if we needed anything. All communication with the host before the stay was easy. He was flexible and very kind and accommodating. It probably seems like a little thing but I really loved the little dish of chocolates by the door!! I never had time to sign the guest book but I loved that it was available! Next time we’re in the area we will definitely stay here again! Thank you Karl and Lewis!

This house and property were incredible. The pictures don’t do the place justice: it is so lovely and spacious—it had much more room than we thought! It was beautiful, well stocked with all necessities, and very clean. We were a group of young parents with a bunch of kids, and this is a VERY family friendly bnb. Tons of indoor/outdoor toys and games, gear, player, cribs, and even a built-in baby gate at the top of the stairs. We enjoyed the outdoor cooking area tremendously, and the grounds were lovely with wildflowers and the paddle boat on the pond. Sharon’s guidebook was so helpful for activities off property. Sharon was responsive, friendly, and available for any questions we had during our stay. We are super grateful for our time there! Would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a spacious, family-friendly, comfortable stay with lots of amenities.

My husband and I have been here twice now, and we very much enjoyed the country side, and the hiking thats why we came. There is a small lake not far away and it has a lot of water bird and song birds, as a bird nerd I hade a wonderful watching and photographing them my husband enjoyed the quiet peace of the place. We took a hike up to Buzzards Roost Rock, it was beautiful. We had a great time and the little cabin was just perfect for our getaway.
