Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Frankston

This is the second time we have stayed and our stay was as enjoyable as our first visit. Beautiful and serene surroundings. Great size house for 12 people. Robert was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be organizing another stay. Thank you Robert for the lovely experience.

Karen was a great host. Checking in on us and making sure everything was ok. She was very quick in her responses. The location of the home was great. Convenient to go to many places in Mornington. The home is very warm and cosy to stay in. A lot of amenities were provided which made staying at the house very enjoyable.

Great weekend at Rhyll. Spending time with friends and exploring Phillip Island.

Richard always communicated promptly and was very easy to deal with. The house was perfect for a fun weekend away and the highlight was definately the spa on the balcony. A lovely touch to arrive with a chilled bottle of bubbles and the heater on for us, a very thoughtful host.

A beautiful house which really makes the most of the ocean views. We really enjoyed the design of this house with great natural light and versatile spaces. Despite having a very cold snap with the weather, the house was quick to warm and remained warm when the heating was off. Great location with easy car access to Philip Island and surrounds, but otherwise very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

My partner and I had a wonderful time at Marina Vista! The home was so cozy and set up beautifully with furniture and lovely antiques around the home. The view overlooking the Marina is breathtaking! There were local restaurant recommendations that we tried and LOVED! Laura has set up a beautiful home in an excellent location and we can’t wait to come back! 😍

Eric couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. Their starter kitchen breakfast was perfect and delicious. The house was spotlessly clean, and the bedding extremely comfortable. We’d flown over from Scotland, so comfort was important. I would highly recommend staying here.

Little Retreat is relaxing and in a great location. We didn’t use the spa but it looked inviting. The bathroom was fresh and clean and I appreciated the Turkish towels. To me it felt like bush meets beach. It is bushy all around the accommodation and the lake. It felt relaxing and private. I really appreciated the electric barbecue to cook on. Suzy and Rick were easy to communicate with. They obviously love sharing their property.

Lewis went above and beyond what was required - we had long air flights across time zones so he made sure we had the instructions for the lock box. The flat is very close to lots of eateries and Lewis has details of which streets to look along. It’s close to the CBD and just opposite a large park, and the flat is lovely inside. A great place to stay.

Michelle is the best hostess I've come across in a long while. The kitchen was well equipped, even down to a box of bandaids! Everything was so comfortable and the location is great for everything you want to do on the Penninsula. We'll definitely return. Thank you!

The apartment is located in downtown Melbourne, in a very new high rise and was impeccably clean. There is a small IGA a few doors down and some good bars and restaurants close by, as well as only 2 blocks from the Southern Cross station and the river. Although it is relatively sparsely furnished, it has everything that we needed for a short break, and the gym in the building is much better than most hotel gyms. Chris was very responsive and allowed us to leave our luggage because our flight arrived in Melbourne early. Although it didn't impact us because we were out an about for most of the day, there is no TV (but a piano if you are musically inclined) and while the bed was comfortable, it was like a futon on the floor, so it may not be ideal for older people with mobility issues. The price was amazing for such a nice apartment on a high floor in central Melbourne, and I would definitely recommend the apartment.

Art is a very attentive host. Easy check in and great location.

Gioia’s home was bright and welcoming, it is in an excellent location - extremely close proximity to Woolies, Luna Park and the beach - if you’ve a puppy - there are plenty of doggy friendly places around. The home has everything you need, check in was sooooo easy and provided a restful home for our weekend.

Peter has been by far the most accommodating and responsive host we've ever had. Nothing was too much trouble – even last-minute requests like parking were handled quickly and without fuss. We extended our stay twice, and each time it was a breeze thanks to Peter’s clear and friendly communication. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed to comfortably fit our family of five. Our kids especially loved the indoor pool facilities – a real bonus! The location is absolutely perfect for getting around – Southern Cross Station is within 500 metres, and there are tram stops just a block away, making public transport super convenient. If I had to nitpick, the only thing missing was an oven tray, but that’s a very minor thing in what was an overall fantastic stay. I’ll definitely be booking again!

This was one of the best experiences that my partner and I ever had. My partner and I appreciate the attention to details that you don't often see these days. From the friendly check ins, the cute food hamper, cake deliveries and food to feed the birds that visit you throughout the day. The views are stunning, spa bath is on point and even though you feel that you are deep in the forest, you are only a 5min walk away from local shops and cafes. Perfect if you feel like nesting amongst nature with a fireplace. If you're um-ing and ah-ing to book - just do it. You will not be disappointed. We will definitely be booking this beautiful accommodation again!!!

Rustic, charming, intimate cabin nestled on a hobby farm made me feel down to earth again. Roaring fire, home-made cookies and easygoing owners welcomed us after exploring the very many dog-friendly trails and gardens in the area. Big thank you, just what we needed.

It would be the perfect spot for a weekend getaway and digital detoxing. It only 10mins by walk from the closest public transportation (bus). The town is beautiful and calm with some cozy cafes making the property a beautiful spot to get some peace from daily hustle. Sharon was extremely helpful with providing instructions and answering all my questions patiently, which made getting there less stressful. I would definitely recommend this place (I have already recommended it to a few friends).

This place is "next level". My wife and I searched for a place to get away together to celebrate my birthday. Thankfully, our first choice fell through! From the moment we arrived, it just felt cosy and warm. We explored as far up as Marysville, and what an awesome place to return to. Kate and Michael were so accommodating! Could not fault their hospitality and attention to detail. We will be back! We will be recommending 'the eleventh Oak' to absolutely everyone! Look forward to revisiting in the not to distant future! Super cute place to stay with beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed how private the cabin was yet so close to good wineries.

We had the most wonderful stay at Cindy & Jeff’s Bungalow. We felt a million miles away whilst being close to all the region has to offer. We were just happy to have a drink, sit by the fire and go fishing. Luckily for us we had some luck, catching a very decent gummy shark on night 1! Bring your bogs and enjoy the country, feed the cows and eat some fresh eggs. We will be back!
