From the west sliding doors and the built in window seat you have stunning views of the Remarkables. Absolutely breath-taking views from the balcony, the huge living area and the bedroom! Spacious apartment with open plan dining, lounge and full kitchen. Recently re-furnished with a very comfortable bed and sofa/sofa bed. Quiet location. 5 minute drive to Queenstown centre. 2 minute walk to the bus stop. This is the whole of the upstairs of the house. There are 2 studio apartments below, they are locked off from the rest of the house which may be rented separately during your stay.

We call our house The Billiards Room because it was designed and built around a full-sized billiards table. This was a labour of love by a retired builder who used recycled materials to create a home with real character and charm. Modernised with style, it's a wonderful holiday home, summer and winter, still owned by the family of the builder. Even somewhere as beautiful as Queenstown, guests often prefer just to stay in.
