Brilliant location, home and host. Don't bother staying anywhere else as this experience was perfect.

This is a great spot for Arrowtown and exploring the area. Easy 15 minute walk into town and you get all the peace as well. The apartment has stunning views and is perfect for a couple- we had a 5 month old with us and actually perfect for that too! Belinda was agree host, dropping round the key for the gym/pool, and generally being really communicative

Oh where do I begin…Sararose and Jules family has the most charming apartment nested in an incredible mountain valley. But what touched my heart was how everything was designed and built in this apartment, and I really mean EVERYTHING. From the fully equipped and stocked kitchen to the cozy fire place, to the spotless bathroom, everything is thoughtfully placed and made by hand. Craftsmanship can be felt everywhere. It’s such a warm welcoming space inside out. The window seat is no joke, exactly as shown on the photos. Come here, you will find everything you will ever need, inside out.

Perfect home base for exploring Queenstown. Walking distance to the Onsen Pools and great food options. Porch has great views of the Shot Over River and the surrounding area. Super spacious and comfortable!

From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us like family. We even (seriously) asked if she’d adopt us — and we’re 29 and 30! She’s the ultimate Kiwi mum: warm, thoughtful, and endlessly generous. She made my partner’s birthday so special with heartfelt touches we’ll never forget. Beryle went above and beyond in every single way. She was incredibly helpful in reviewing our itinerary and used her local knowledge to help us adjust our plans when the weather changed. Her advice was thoughtful, practical, and spot-on. I would use my last dying breath to recommend you stay with Beryle. This was more than a place to sleep — it was a highlight of our trip, thanks to one remarkable woman. Nicola’s place was very comfortable with short drive to city centre and supermarket. The apartment comes with a parking garage which was nice to have. Everything was very clean with professionally cleaned amenities (linens, towels, etc). Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to visit queenstown. Thank you for being an amazing host!

It is a really lovely place, more than my expectation. We indeed felt like home. It is very clean, and most of the things you need are provided. The place are very cosy too. The location is just perfect, very walkable to the center, and also just next to the track trail start point. The view infront of the window is just amazing! we really enjoyed this place. if there is chance to come back again, I will choose this place again. Dawn is very responsive too. Easy to communicate. Overall, it is a wonderful stay experience!

The view from the house is fantastic—you can overlook the lake and the glacier. It is close to Queenstown city. It was definitely an enjoyable stay, and I would recommend it!

Clint and Anita’s home was Ana amazing place to stay while we were in Queenstown! The views from the bedroom and the hot tub were something out of a movie! The home was private, and clean and tidy. Clint and Anita were extremely friendly and responsive and our stay in their home was excellent. Would definitely stay again when we return to Queenstown.

This crib is all about the view which is clearly spectacular. No other reviews have referenced the property’s layout which I will do here - not as a criticism, but as an observation so that folks can take same into consideration. The property has 2 bedrooms - however they are effectively joined (wth a small ante room in between) meaning that the second bedroom can only be accessed via the first bedroom. This arrangement is certainly noted in the property description; however it’s not apparent from the photos. Folks may need to take this arrangement into account, depending on who they’re sharing with, noting that the occupant of the second bedroom needs to pass through the first bedroom to access the bathroom. My sister and I very much enjoyed our stay & everything the property and surrounds had to offer! Thanks Fiona!

Incredible house with the most amazing views. The fantastic floor plan was perfect for our large group, comfortable beds and great shower pressure. Sally is a super thoughtful and responsive host and even had ballons and welcome treats for a birthday celebration. 10 minute walk to town was very convenient. Highly reccomend and would stay again.

We had a lovely stay at this peaceful Frankton Airbnb — the view of the hill was beautiful and the location was perfect, close to all the local amenities. The home was well-equipped with a fully stocked pantry and laundry, and the host was friendly, informative, and clearly runs a very professional setup. Would happily stay again!

Ina’s place was absolutely incredible - so close to Frankton and Queenstown and was the perfect home base for our holiday. I can’t recommend their place enough if you’re coming to stay in Queenstown. Ina was very responsive and gave some amazing local recommendations. A+++

Excellent communication, and entry instruction from Owner. Apartment was as listed, no surprises or disappointments. Short walk to supermarket/shops. We hired a vehicle. The car space provided was well positioned, and able to be locked when we were out, bonus. Side note: $10pp cash for 5min local bus to/from airport without a travel BeeCard. We stayed 2 nights in Queenstown and 3 nights with a vehicle at this AirBnB, overall I was very pleased with my choice. Recommend, Yes.
