Had a wonderful stay - a great hideaway from Romes hustle bustle- beautiful property with gardens and views of the city. Train station is 30 minutes drive away. I would love to revisit and stay at this property again

Superbe appartement situé à deux pas de la mer. L'appartement est impeccable, propre, bien équipé et très agréable à vivre. La seule chose à considérer est que les rideaux des chambres ne sont pas opaques, ce qui peut laisser entrer la lumière tôt le matin. Mais autrement, tout était parfait! Federica a été très polie, réactive et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Nous recommandons sans hésiter! ******** Beautiful apartment just steps from the sea. The space is spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The only thing to keep in mind is that the bedroom curtains are not blackout, so the rooms can get bright early in the morning. Otherwise, everything was perfect! Federica was polite, quick to respond, and always available for any questions. We would definitely recommend this place!

Roberto’s place in Castel Gandolfo was absolutely perfect. It’s so well maintained and has everything you may need! Roberto was a kind host that even offered to drive me from the train station. The home is in a perfect location just a 3 minute walk from the main square of the town. Definitely a slower/quiet area at least when I was there in October but stunningly beautiful :)

siamo stati molto bene da Giulia; l'appartamento è nel pieno centro di Castel Gandolfo a due passi dal palazzo apostolico. Veramente consigliato.

Alloggio rispondente alla descrizione in zona tranquilla, a piedi si raggiungono tutti i servizi, quali market, bar, edicole etc; in auto si possono esplorare in pochi minuti i tanti punti di interesse dei castelli romani. Un po’ complicato trovare parcheggio nei paraggi ma nulla che non sia risolvibile in qualche minuto di ricerca in più e qualche minuto in più a piedi.

This place is situated a little far from Rome central but has very reasonable bus/tram connections so getting there isn’t too difficult. The apartment was clean and well described. A comfy bed with an AC unit nearby which is needed as it does get quite hot at night. Our hosts, although we didn’t meet them until the end, were so helpful, communicative and generous. We are not wine drinkers but a bottle was left for us with a note. This would be a nice touch for those after a long day of travelling. Overall a very good experience

We stayed with a family of four. Great location, literally hung out from the Colosseum every night being about one minute away. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance of 5 to 10 minutes. Coffee shop downstairs great spot downstairs. Clean rooms, AC mini splits in each room. We visited in June and it was blazing hot so AC huge plus. The balcony was nice to hangout in the early morning and late night.

Estuvimos un total de 5 noches y fue todo perfecto. Llegamos de madrugada y vinieron a recibirnos sin problema. Recomendaciones de restaurantes y de transporte. Anfitriones muy amables y preocupados!

Alloggio facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi,pulitissimo e l'host molto gentile e disponibile.

Alles war super. Kommunikation war immer top und hilfsbereit. Romina ist immer da. Auch bei extra Wünschen kommt sie einem so gut sie kann entgegen. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

The apartment was extremely clean and well equipped. We loved our stay! It was a short 15 min train ride to Rome and the station was just outside the apartment. The supermarket was on the other side of the road and a nice little cafe with really nice coffee! 100% recommend this accommodation! Thankyou ;)

Die Unterkunft war sauber, geräumig und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Raul war sehr hilfsbereit und hat immer schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, daher sollte man etwas mehr Zeit für Fahrten in die Stadt einplanen – das wussten wir aber vorher und es war für uns völlig in Ordnung. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und können den Aufenthalt nur weiterempfehlen! 😊

This was an ideal spot for a week working just near Bracciano. I found it to be a perfect place to come home to in the evenings. The lake is a lovely run/walk away and the town has everything you need. The mattress is arguably the most comfortable I’ve found in Italy!!!!!

Everything about our stay at Marco’s apartment was perfect. We couldn’t think of any way it could have been better. The outdoor shower got lots of use in the very hot weather. We booked this apartment months ago and it was everything we hoped it would be. The only disadvantage for us is that it is a long way from our home in New Zealand but if we ever return to Rome we would love to come back.

Kleine Wohnung für Max 3 Leute. Sehr sauber und ordentlich angetroffen. Alles Wichtige ist in der Wohnung vorhanden. Im Haus selbst ist die Wohnung eine kleine Zreppe hoch gelegen. Sie ist komplett im Ikea Stil eingerichtet. Und das optisch ansprechend. Zwar sind einige Regale im Schlafzimmer oder Wohnzimmer in unerreichbarer Höhe, aber sie runden das gestalterische Gesamtbild ab. Die Italiener haben andere Raumhöhen. Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. TV ist vorhanden, alle Sender italienisch. Plattenspieler und CD Player, Schallplatten und Cd‘s in großer Auswahl.Ansonsten alles in guter Kondition. Waschmaschine im Badezimmer auch vorhanden, ebenso ein Bidet. Preis/ Leistung geht in Ordnung.

ich kann Alessandra und ihre Unterkunft nur jedem empfehlen! Nach dem Flug und dem Unwetter auf dem Weg zur Unterkunft kamen wir mit leeren Bäuchen an und fühlten uns gerettet, als wir Gebäck sahen, welches sie uns auf den Tisch gestellt hat. Zudem standen gekühlte ebenfalls Getränke für uns im Kühlschrank. Alles was man braucht, um sich wie Zuhause zu fühlen. Sie war so gut wie immer erreichbar, freundlich und hat bei Fragen ausnahmslos schnell geantwortet sowie alles beantworten können. Auch wenn sie in einem Meeting war. Das wussten wir sehr zu schätzen. Auch lagen viele Informationen zu Fragen die man haben könnte oder Wegbeschreibungen bereits auf dem Tisch. Die Wohnung selbst ist wunderschön eingeräumt, sauber und sehr ordentlich. Man hatte alles was man braucht, wie eine Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler etc. Es gibt sogar eine Klimaanlage, die wir wirklich bei der Hitze gebraucht haben! Aber am schönsten und das Highlight ist die Dachterasse! Einen wunderschöner Ausblick! 6 Stars

es ist eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit einer atemberaubenden Terrasse. Ausstattung ist top es hat uns an nichts gemangelt. Aldo ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Er war gut erreichbar ein perfekter Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Es war wie Urlaub bei Freunden.

Me hospedé en este apartamento durante mi visita a Roma y la experiencia fue excelente. La ubicación es inmejorable, con todo lo que necesitas a pocos pasos: restaurantes, supermercados, transporte público y muchos puntos turísticos. El barrio es seguro, bonito y muy bien conectado. El apartamento es acogedor, limpio y muy bien equipado, ideal tanto para estancias cortas como largas. Me sentí como en casa desde el primer momento. Destaco especialmente la atención de la anfitriona, que fue increíblemente amable, siempre disponible para ayudar y con muy buenas recomendaciones locales. Se nota que realmente se preocupa por que tu estadía sea perfecta. ¡Definitivamente volvería y lo recomiendo al 100%!
