Had a wonderful stay - a great hideaway from Romes hustle bustle- beautiful property with gardens and views of the city. Train station is 30 minutes drive away. I would love to revisit and stay at this property again

Federica’s place was amazing. Directly across from the beach, shops and restaurants are literally a three minute walk away. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, had all modern amenities and everything was effortless. We checked in on an extremely hot day and were pleasantly surprised to find the place pre-cooled at 26 degrees. Beds and pillows were super comfortable and clean. Overall, one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at globally, and we will definitely be back. For guests visiting from overseas, I would suggest Ostia as an alternative to staying in Rome. Finally a big thanks to Federica and her father for making our stay perfect.

Roberto’s place in Castel Gandolfo was absolutely perfect. It’s so well maintained and has everything you may need! Roberto was a kind host that even offered to drive me from the train station. The home is in a perfect location just a 3 minute walk from the main square of the town. Definitely a slower/quiet area at least when I was there in October but stunningly beautiful :)

we had a very good time at Giulia's; the apartment is in the heart of Castel Gandolfo, a stone's throw from the apostolic palace. Truly recommended.

This place is situated a little far from Rome central but has very reasonable bus/tram connections so getting there isn’t too difficult. The apartment was clean and well described. A comfy bed with an AC unit nearby which is needed as it does get quite hot at night. Our hosts, although we didn’t meet them until the end, were so helpful, communicative and generous. We are not wine drinkers but a bottle was left for us with a note. This would be a nice touch for those after a long day of travelling. Overall a very good experience

The treatment is good and the house is beautiful

We stayed a total of 5 nights and everything was perfect. We arrived at dawn and they came to greet us without any problems. Restaurant and transportation recommendations. Very friendly and caring hosts!

The apartment was extremely clean and well equipped. We loved our stay! It was a short 15 min train ride to Rome and the station was just outside the apartment. The supermarket was on the other side of the road and a nice little cafe with really nice coffee! 100% recommend this accommodation! Thankyou ;)

My wife and I were very happy with our stay at Mr. Renato Marchetti. The apartment is located in a residential neighborhood near the center. Easy access to the subway and bus, which made it easier to get around the city. The surroundings offered options of cafes, restaurants, markets, shops, barber and several other services, all very close. The apartment is well set up, everything is very clean and functional. We don't miss anything. The host, Mr. Renato, from the first contact until our farewell, was always very attentive, proactive and super agile in the information provided. We felt very well assisted and welcomed at all times. In addition, he provided us with a transport service to the airport, at an unconventional time, which was extremely convenient for us. I have no doubt that my next stay in Rome will be at this location and I highly recommend Lilly House for those who want a quiet and pleasant stay in Rome.

We had a wonderful stay at Federica’s apartment in Rome. It was the perfect place to return to after exploring the city’s many tourist spots. The location is fantastic — with the metro just around the corner, getting around was so easy. There’s also a 24-hour shop nearby, and a few lovely restaurants offering gluten-free options, which was especially important for our son who is celiac. What made our stay even more special was finding a dedicated gluten-free shop right under the apartment — such a rare and wonderful convenience! The apartment itself was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Federica really thought of the little things too — there was coffee, olive oil in the kitchen, and even laundry tablets ready for us. One of our favorite parts was the terrace. After long, busy days in Rome, it was the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine or simply relax in the evening air. Thank you, Federica, for a lovely stay!

Maximum availability from the host; perfect apartment, quiet in a great location

Exactly like the photos. In a lovely area. Tram 3 minutes walk away into central rome. Host gave us lots of things to do in the area. Ordered us a taxi to meet at the airport. Would definitely stay again.

This was an ideal spot for a week working just near Bracciano. I found it to be a perfect place to come home to in the evenings. The lake is a lovely run/walk away and the town has everything you need. The mattress is arguably the most comfortable I’ve found in Italy!!!!!

Everything about our stay at Marco’s apartment was perfect. We couldn’t think of any way it could have been better. The outdoor shower got lots of use in the very hot weather. We booked this apartment months ago and it was everything we hoped it would be. The only disadvantage for us is that it is a long way from our home in New Zealand but if we ever return to Rome we would love to come back.

Small apartment for max 3 people. Very clean and tidy. Everything important is available in the apartment. In the house itself, the apartment is located up a small staircase. It is completely furnished in Ikea style. And visually appealing. Although some shelves in the bedroom or living room are at an inaccessible height, they complete the overall design. The Italians have different room heights. We liked the apartment very much. TV is available, all channels are Italian. Turntables and CD players, records and CDs in large selection. Otherwise everything in good condition. Washing machine in the bathroom also available, as well as a bidet. Price/performance is okay.

I can only recommend Alessandra and her accommodation to everyone! After the flight and the storm on the way to the accommodation, we arrived with empty stomachs and felt saved when we saw pastries, which she put on the table for us. In addition, there were also chilled drinks for us in the refrigerator. Everything you need to feel at home. She was as good as always available, friendly and answered questions quickly without exception and was able to answer everything. Even if she was in a meeting. We really appreciated it. There was also a lot of information on questions you might have or directions already on the table. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished, clean and very tidy. You had everything you needed, like a washing machine, dishwasher, etc. There is even air conditioning, which we really needed in the heat! But the most beautiful and the highlight is the roof terrace! A wonderful view! 6 stars
