It was very nice and easy to get to. I would recommend it. Excellent location for the sailing club.

Paul's place was ideal as a base for exploring Essex with pleasant surroundings and spacious for a couple (plus dog) like us. The accommodation had everything we needed and Paul was responsive to questions we had. Instructions were clear and the WiFi was fine for us - no problems streaming on the laptop/phone. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Just back from spending a great weekend ! Everything was splendid. Its a bit of a walk into town but easy to get to and back on the bus, about 15-20 minutes. The cabin and utilities were spotless with all mod cons, also an air-fryer! Massive tv, wi-fi etc.

great little place although we only booked for 1 night, would stay again. very helpful instructions and we even had a place to park the car. Ian was there to greet us when we arrived, very pleasant guy.
