We are so glad we chose to stay at David's place! The location in the village of Albas is beautiful & everything was clean and very comfortable. We also appreciated being able to sit in the garden. It was hot while we were there (34 degrees) but we were very comfortable because it is well-insulated and has shutters and aircon. Highly recommended!

Super accueil, logement impeccable, et les équipements sont parfait. Le cadre est très beau et privée. Merci pour ce week-end !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. Tout était conforme à la description : propre et très confortable. L’environnement est agréable et calme, parfait pour se détendre. L’hôte a été très réactif et attentionné, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Amandine was so welcoming and helpful making many recommendations. The property is in a lovely location and offers amazing accommodation that feels very homely. With a hot tub and pool you are spoilt for choice. Only 10 mins from Sarlat and 15 mins from Domme it is the perfect location to explore the Dordogne. Highly recommended

Lovely place to spend a couple of nights on our trip round the region. Quiet, relaxing surroundings and the gîte had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Het huis was goed uitgerust, de omgeving is prachtig. Aurelie en haar man reageerden supersnel op vragen en probleempjes werden snel opgelost. De kamers zijn ruim en het huis ligt rustig en is uitstekend bereikbaar. De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is heel erg goed. Kortom een aanrader.

An interesting layout for a beautiful cottage, it takes a bit to get used to it, amazing views, at the edge of the forest and the village. We had a wonderful time with our friends, lots of activities to do in the area and many places to visit. Thank you for you hospitality, Lumi & Liviu

Charmante petite maison très joliment décorée, au calme en pleine nature au bord d'une voie verte (nombreux sites touristiques accessibles en vélo par des routes/chemins très peu fréquentés). Diane est très soucieuse de votre bien être. Très bel endroit pour se ressourcer et profiter de ce coin de Périgord à l'écart des bruits et de la foule.

We have just had the most amazing stay here! The house and grounds are stunning with amazing views. The house is very close to Bergerac but is very private in the countryside with vast grounds. We had such a peaceful and relaxing break. Jil was a wonderful host, so responsive and helpful. She sent great instructions for our arrival, lots of recommendations and also came over on the evening of our arrival to make sure we were comfortable and to explain things around the house, which was appreciated. Would love to stay again and will be recommending to friends and family!

Le gîte est formidable, il a le charme de l’ancien et beaucoup de cachet tout en étant extrêmement bien équipé. C’est un lieu parfait pour se retrouver entre amis. Tout y est, la piscine, le jacuzzi, les terrains de tennis et de pétanque, le barbecue… Anne est très accueillante, disponible et compréhensive. Bref, on ne peut que recommander de venir séjourner ici !

Accueil familial et chaleureux au camping des 46 rainettes. La piscine et le snack sont tops sans parler de la propreté et de la quiétude du camping. Goujounac est quant à elle une jolie petite commune du Lot pas loin de la frontière avec la Dordogne. Calme assuré ;)

Our stay was perfect from the moment we received such a warm welcome from Sophie and Daniel. The house is beautiful and very luxurious with everything you could think of needing and more all of the highest quality. We were travelling with our 6 month old granddaughter and everything she needed was there, even some toys placed in the cot - adorable and so kind! Daniel brought us a delicious breakfast of pastries and fruit juice on our first morning which was so thoughtful. The garden is stunning with the pool being an absolute highlight and very welcome in 38 degree heat. The location is peaceful yet close to amenities and the town of Montabaun is only a short drive away. We made use of the bikes to explore the roads around the house. Outdoor living was very easy with a variety of places to sit, cook, eat and relax. We really can’t fault our stay and only wished we had booked 2 weeks instead of 1! Thank you so much for welcoming us in to your special home Sophie and Daniel.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre filles à Salviac ! La maison est très agréable, calme et parfaitement équipée pour profiter pleinement, notamment avec la piscine chauffée qui était un vrai plus. Un grand merci à Christelle et Pascal pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur petite attention dans le frigo 😉 On s’excuse si on a un peu trop rigolé, on a tendance à rire fort 😅 Merci encore pour tout, on recommande sans hésiter !

We had a brilliant stay! Tosha and Robert were absolutely fantastic — friendly, responsive, and so thoughtful. The house itself was beautiful, spotless, and set in gorgeous surroundings. They went above and beyond to accommodate our 18-month-old, providing a stair gate, cot, and high chair, which made everything so much easier for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommended!

A lovely private old cottage on beautiful grounds with a swimming pool. The cottage is fenced in, so the dog can run free in the garden. It has everything you need and is nice and cool on hot summer days. Patrick was so welcoming. We loved our stay here.

This house is an absolute gem. Perfectly located for exploring Castelnaud Chateau and other local sights. The garden view is lovely and is great fun when the balloons float past! A beautiful, characterful cottage in the heart of this historic village.

Steve was very helpful always available to answer any questions. The place is a paradise and great walkways, views etc. His caretaker, Pascal, helped us check-in and offered to help…. Even set us up for a day of kayaking not mention and really great guy.

Séjour ressourçant et reposant dans un espace de nature paisible. Un petit coin de paradis bien présenté par son Hôte accueillant et réactif aux besoins de ses convives. Nos deux chiens ont pu profiter en sécurité dans ce grand espace clôturé. Bref, nous avons appréciez au delà de nos attentes ce séjour !

Petit séjour entre amis dans un lieu très sympathique. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le jacuzzi et le fait d'avoir des vélos à disposition, avec la voie verte juste à côté. Nous recommandons ;)

It’s difficult to describe how special this place is! Situated on a beautiful property, the apartment is accessed through a gate into a courtyard and feels very private. (The place does share the courtyard with two other rental units, which were empty when we were there but it might have felt less private had they been occupied.) A converted barn, the apartment is cozy and unique with beautiful, thoughtful touches throughout. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and cooking in the well-appointed kitchen was a pleasure. Hosts are wonderful - warm and welcoming, and available and helpful without being intrusive. They even offered to bake us a savory pie on arrival and happily donated some butter to make our daughter’s birthday cake as the nearby shops were closed. We would love to come back one day and be able to swim and spend more time outdoors - as it was, our daughter loved exploring the yard and woods, filled with delightful surprises. A gem!

Magnifique maison, au calme, au cœur du Périgord noir. Les quelques jours étaient particulièrement ensoleillés. Le matin, petit déjeuner sur la terrasse en surplomb face à la nature qui s’éveille. Le midi, déjeuner à l’arrière de la maison à l’ombre dans le jardin. Le soir, retour sur la terrasse pour un dîner face au coucher de soleil. Le tout, sans vis-à-vis. Les seuls compagnons peuvent être les moutons voisins et les chevreuils. La maison est vaste et agréable. Et le hamac intérieur permet un repos original, au frais, lorsqu’il fait chaud dehors.
