Monthly Rentals in Fredenberg Township

Staying in a cabin at the Eagle's Nest Resort in Duluth was a joy. My spouse and I were travelling with another couple and our three dogs. Finding an affordable place for the four (seven) of us to stay was a challenge, so I was extremely pleased not just to find some rooms, but a two bedroom cabin all to ourselves! The place was well-cleaned but very comfortable. I didn't feel bad having dogs there, nor would I feel bad coming in wearing winter gear. The couch has a slip cover on it, the carpet is short, and everything was easy to maintain, which is exactly what I'd want for a vacation where we're going to be outdoors a lot. Having a full kitchen complete with cooking supplies was fantastic as it allowed us to make our own food and enjoy the view. The location can't be beat - it's directly on a lake with its own dock! Check-in was super easy as we were able to pick up a key from the on-site bar and restaurant (which was was hopping yet not loud in the cabin). We'll be back in winter!

A Perfect Getaway – Peaceful, Private, and Everything We Needed This place was an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, it was clear the host truly cared about creating a welcoming and comfortable experience. Communication was smooth, and everything was exactly as described—if not better. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. Tucked away in a peaceful and private setting, it offered the ideal escape from the hustle and bustle. It was incredibly quiet, surrounded by nature, with deer and other wildlife frequently wandering through the property, which made it feel like our own little slice of the Northwoods. The home itself was spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably, and the amenities were top-notch. We especially loved the fire pit for evening hangouts, the sauna for a relaxing end to our days, and the cozy outdoor setting that felt like it was made for unplugging and unwinding.

We had the most relaxing, rejuvenating stay at Sheila’s Hygge space. For our first visit to Minnesota - we simply couldn’t have asked for more. The space was tastefully laid out with many layers for the changing seasons. The added bonus of the boat house space was incredible - we lounged, read magazines and books, napped and just completely unwound. Our final evening we cooked a big dinner and the kitchen had anything and everything we could have needed. Sheila is a thoughtful, friendly, conscientious host that has truly put considerable time and energy into making this retreat something special. We would be honored to return some time in the future and will brag about this vacation to friends and family all summer!
