Kronborg Castle, the Shipyard's food market and the Maritime Museum are a 15-minute drive away. Humlebæk Bio is 500 m away and is always up to date with the latest movies. Ideal for a short mini-vacation or romantic getaway.

Here you can relax in peaceful surroundings and enjoy the cozy atmosphere – perhaps with a cup of coffee on the terrace overlooking the garden and the open fields.

Perfect for two! A charming and bright home, spiced with modern minimalism in the old and original Nivå. Close to Øresund, harbor, beach, Nivå river, forest, several golf courses, Nivågaard collection and the local, popular baker's café Antons (neighbor). 300 meters to the Coastal Railway's train to both Copenhagen and Helsingør (Kronborg and the Maritime Museum). Bus 344 right in front of the front door, runs north to Louisiana (5 km) and south to Rungsted harbor and Rungstedlund - Karen Blixen Museum (6 km).

Gæsteboligen består af 2 soveværelser med dobbeltsenge og stort opholdsrum, badeværelse og mindre køkken. Er velegnet til familie med børn, 2 vennepar på tur eller forretningsrejsende, alle som gerne vil opleve Nordsjællands natur, slotte, og museer, fx Louisiana og Simons Golf. Bright and peaceful annex with private entrance, bathroom, and toilet – perfect for one or two guests seeking calm close to the sea and nature. No kitchen, but coffee and tea are available. A small bathing jetty is just a few houses away, and several beaches are within walking distance. Only 100 meters to the charming Sletten Harbour with an ice cream shop and Restaurant Sletten. Louisiana Museum is a 15-minute walk away. Cafés, grocery stores – just 35 minutes by train to Copenhagen.

I wellcome you to my newely renovated appartment in sandinavian design. It is calm and quiet. When you sit on the balcony, there’s a lovely view to our private park. The home is situated 700 meters from Øresund when you want your morning swimm. The station is 3 min. walk away and the train takes you dirctly to Copenhagen within 40 min. Bemærk - rygeforbud gælder alle inden og udendørsområder. Du har køer og heste som tætteste naboer. Lejligheden er lille, men med plads til 4 overnattende gæster. Poolen er ikke opvarmet om vinteren, men lejligheden udlejes til reduceret pris fra 01. Oktober til 30. April. Pool kan anvendes kold ved tilkøb af sauna. 150,-/dag Spaen er opvarmet hele året og brug er inkluderet i prisen. Fra 1.maj til 30. september er poolen opvarmet og kan benyttes af gæster

Vores hjem har den smukkeste beliggenhed med udsigt til Øresund. 3 gode børneværelser og et soveværelse. Stort køkken-alrum og stue og to badeværelser. I kælderen er stort bryggers, tv-stue og et gæsteværelse hvor man kan sove hvis man har brug for en ekstra seng. Kæmpe terrasser på øst- og sydsiden af huset.
