In 2004 we built 5 cozy lodges. Each lodge can accomodate 4 persons. There is toilet/shower in each lodge. All our houses are located less then a mile from the queens summer residence at Fredensborg Castle You can go shopping in Fredensborg. Distance: 1,5 Km. The cabin is situated right on the banks of our "put & take" lake and newly established and very popular trout stream (the only one in Denmark). The environment around Fredensborg is scenic, tranquil and well-suited for families with children. We are in the process of planning a childrens playground. There are two large grill placed directly on the bank of the lake. Or you can use the grill on the terrace at the house. We have a shop selling fishing gear, fast food, beer/beverages, etc. The shop is open every day from 7 AM till sundown. The city of Fredensborg is approximately 1 km from Fredensborg Holiday homes. Shopping in Fredensborg includes 3 supermarkets, 3 banks, bakers, restaurants, postoffice, etc. We have a good contact with a number of tourist informations which means that we can suggest various sights and excursions. Distances: Copenhagen 35 minutes, Helsingør 10 minutes, Hillerød 10 minutes and Helsingborg in Sweden 35 minutes.

Cozy guesthouse and sunny terrace

Centrally located in North Zealand with good public transportation. Fredensborg is cozy with shops and cafes. Fredensborg Castle, where the Queen lives, is open to the public in July. Esrum Lake is within walking distance with swimming opportunities. Gribskov can be enjoyed on foot or by bike. Train to Helsingør with Kronborg and ferry to Sweden. Train to Hillerød with Frederiksborg Castle and good shopping opportunities. 30 minutes by car to Copenhagen city center - 1 hour by public transport. Louisiana Art Museum - 10 min.

Here you can relax in peaceful surroundings and enjoy the cozy atmosphere – perhaps with a cup of coffee on the terrace overlooking the garden and the open fields.

Large, bright 3-room apartment on the first floor of two lengths at Den Gamle Købmandsgård in scenic Karlebo. Close to Hørsholm/Hillerød, 100m to bus, 6min to highway and 25min by car to Copenhagen. All three rooms have a double bed and desk (+ single bed in the large room). There is a living room, kitchen-dining room with large dining table, new bathroom with shower and washing machine as well as kitchen with dishwasher. Write if you need only one or two rooms. Close to Øresund, harbor, beach, Nivå river, forest, several golf courses, Nivågaard collection and the local, popular baker's café Antons (neighbor). 300 meters to the Coastal Railway's train to both Copenhagen and Helsingør (Kronborg and the Maritime Museum). Bus 344 right in front of the front door, runs north to Louisiana (5 km) and south to Rungsted harbor and Rungstedlund - Karen Blixen Museum (6 km).

In the middle of nature close to Copenhagen

Cute little annex in beautiful surroundings . You have private entrance and your own house with living room, bed room, little kitchenette, toilet and shower. Futhermore the house has a beautiful terrace with furniture to use during spring, summer and autumn. From the living room and terrace you have a stunning view to field ann horses. The house is situated at the same area as our house about 15 meters from our house, but the house is private and there is no view to each others vindows.

Vores hyggelige gæstehus hedder ikke 'Lille Ro' uden grund. Her mærker du roen sænke sig, idet du træder ind ad døren. Gæstehuset har egen indgang, bad og toilet - Perfekt til en enkelt person eller et par, der ønsker et ophold i rolige omgivelser tæt på havet og naturen. Fra gæstehuset 'Lille Ro' har du det hele tæt på. 200 meter til strand og skov. Humlebæk Station, caféer, restauranter, supermarkeder og Louisiana i gåafstand. Herfra er det nemt at få gode oplevelser ud af dit ophold.

Atmospheric annex in the middle of Fredensborg

Overnat i vores hyggelige anneks midt i slotsbyen tæt på slot, handelsgaden, søen og flere skønne spisesteder. Annekset er ca 30 kvm og I skal sove på en hems med en dobbeltseng (180 cm bred). Der er brusebad, et mindre køkken køkken (2 kogeplader med emhætte og mikrobølgeoven), sofa, spisebord og jeres private østvendte terrasse med en fantastisk udsigt over Fredensborg. Annekset blev bygget af August Bournonville (balletmester), der fra 1854-1879 brugte hovedhuset som sommerresidens.

Bright and peaceful annex with private entrance, bathroom, and toilet – perfect for one or two guests seeking calm close to the sea and nature. No kitchen, but coffee and tea are available. A small bathing jetty is just a few houses away, and several beaches are within walking distance. Only 100 meters to the charming Sletten Harbour with an ice cream shop and Restaurant Sletten. Louisiana Museum is a 15-minute walk away. Cafés, grocery stores – just 35 minutes by train to Copenhagen.

Cozy little wooden house of 48 m² is located by itself with its own entrance, contains bedroom with double bed, work table, wardrobe and with exit to small terrace, smaller bathroom with shower, living room and kitchen in one with dining space and sofa bed, access to terrace/garden with garden tables, hammock, rental house and barbecue, Terrace/garden is fenced. Free parking space in front of the house. Wi-Fi is available in the house. No smoking inside the house!!

Bemærk - rygeforbud gælder alle inden og udendørsområder. Du har køer og heste som tætteste naboer. Lejligheden er lille, men med plads til 4 overnattende gæster. Poolen er ikke opvarmet om vinteren, men lejligheden udlejes til reduceret pris fra 01. Oktober til 30. April. Pool kan anvendes kold ved tilkøb af sauna. 150,-/dag Spaen er opvarmet hele året og brug er inkluderet i prisen. Fra 1.maj til 30. september er poolen opvarmet og kan benyttes af gæster
