Willow Knoll 2 is a four bedroom apartment on the first floor of our home. Has two full bathrooms and a large living/dining/kitchen area. Complete with all utensils, etc. needed for cooking and dining. Three of the bedrooms have a twin bed above the main bed and thus the space can sleep up to 11 people. Parking/patio/yard/grills/fire pit are immediately in front of the apartment. The pond located on the property is not stocked. Our property is 8.5 acres located 16 miles from Fredericksburg.

With an open living, split floor plan, the primary bedroom has 2 Queen beds, front bedroom has a King bed & the back bedroom has 2 twins. The “office” located at the entry of the home has a day bed & trundle bed with tv!
