Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Free municipal consortium of Syracuse

Andrea's place is terrific - located a group of houses in a quiet area ~20 min drive from Siracusa with gated access that feels "remote". The house itself is half of a duplex and is exactly like the pictures in the listing - it is modern and clean and incredibly well furnished and stocked to feel like home. The beds were comfortable (firm), kitchen was well stocked for basic cooking, AC worked great, Wifi was excellent (fast upload speeds), and clothes washer was also good. There was a small hot tub in the backyard that worked OK (took a long time to heat up, but was then fine). There is a rock / rocky beach at the end of the street nearby, but we suggest that you use the 2 beach umbrellas and beach towels that are provided and go to either Spiaggia Punta Carrozza or Spiaggia del Minareto, both are ~10 min drive away. Communication with Andrea was good, and we appreciated his flexibility for our early check-in. Overall, highly recommended.

We had a great stay at Simona’s place. The apartment had everything we needed, but the wow factor is the pool. It’s huge and has a very deep, deep end complete with diving board. In a nice peaceful location about a five minute drive from town, and a 15 minute stroll to the beach. Simona was very attentive and able to help with all of our queries. The villa is right on the beach, you can't get any closer to the sea, you open the back gate and here it is right in front of you - no crowds, just stretches of sand and crystal clear water. There were days we literally saw no other people. Pool area is brand new and again amazing, you can relax in no time. As for the villa itself all as per description, two separate entrances suited our party really well, upstairs apartment has the most beautiful sea view from the bedroom and amazing terrace. Downstairs apartment is also equally comfortable. What I really liked there was lots of stuff inside the house to make the stay most comfortable, sunscreen + insect repellent, board games, bluetooth speaker, spices and condiments in the kitchen. You need a car to get around as the area is remote and private which is only a plus for me. We wish to be back one day, highly recommend Viviana's place to reconnect with nature and have a proper rest.

Tonino is a great host! our stay is amazing! 2x we have stayed at this listing and I'm sure it won't be the last. The yard is a fantastic way to relax, clean, and with everything you need. The house is nice clean and tidy inside. I highly recommend this place to everyone! :) 5*

Very clean and well-kept apartment! Luca made us find clean towels and especially plenty of coffee. I recommend it!

Roberto and his son Erik were just great. We stayed in Villa Bismarkia which was clean and tidy. Everything you might need is available and the common areas were so well-maintained and nice. Recommend starting this home!

Great place. We spent a very pleasant week there. Swimming pool is a great adventage.

We (6 adults, one toddler) had a fantastic time at the villa! It is very charming, with the perfect blend of historic character and modern amenities. It has everything you need for a great stay. The location is very peaceful and yet well connected. A large store selling groceries and other stuff you may need is a few minutes drive away, and there are restaurants and markets nearby in Pozzalo. We mostly cooked dinner at home since we loved eating outside on the veranda. We also enjoyed the infinity pool. The villa serves as an excellent base for day trips to places such as Siracusa, Modica, Villa Romana del Casale, Marzamemi, and Ragusa. William and Antonella are the most welcoming hosts, and they shared lots of great suggestions for things to do in the area. It was a pleasure meeting them, and we hope to visit again!

Ivan was a wonderful host. The setting of the villa is idyllic and peaceful. The hot tub is a lovely addition! Dino greeted us and was wonderful during our stay, friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend a stay here if you’re looking for a beautiful setting not too far from many of Sicily’s beautiful places to visit. Thank you Ivan and Dino!

A wonderful place with a lovely host. Very special: an Outdoor kitchen right next to terrace and pool. We spent a week as a group and would all return immediately. Good sights and beaches to explore in the area.

The accommodation with all the facilities is absolutely fantastic! The surroundings are wonderful and so soothing. Incredibly clean and the host has thought of everything, also appreciates the additional service beach and grill kit. Carmela, who welcomed us, was so helpful throughout the stay with lots of tips and responded quickly to all the questions we had.

A great villa, with a fantastic pool. We loved staying here, the villa is in a secluded and quiet location. The indoor and outdoor areas were excellent and it is the largest pool we've had in any villa. Thanks for providing such a great place for a family holiday.

Beautiful location across the river from Noto - the property is well-thought-out and cared for, large variety of interesting trees and plants (lemons, oranges, pomegranates, almonds, etc) around the house, fun pool for the kids, well-appointed kitchen and beautiful spot for evening meals looking over the vista of Noto as the sun sets. However, the highlight was the hosts - Emanuel and Sebastiano - flexible with check-in and check-out, Emanuel took the time to answer all of our questions, introduce us to all of the interesting parts of the property, and provide local recommendations, and Sebastiano was very helpful and patient when I forgot our passports at the house and had to return to get them - he safeguarded them and met me in town to return them. Highly recommended!

We spent five days in the apartment and it was amazing. The communication before arrival was fast and clear. The apartment is in a house with beatiful garden. The parking place is inside the area. The welcome of Antonia was warm and we immediately felt like we were there several times. The apartment is spacious, with two balconies and nice views, to the pool and the sea. Its super clean, the apartment, the garden as well as the pool. In the kitchen, you find everything you need. Some water and the bottel of wine was prepared for us, very kind. Antonia was always there to help but she was very discreet. The house is in a calm residential area. There are not so many places to see and the restaurants in walking distance, the car is a need. We enjoyed our holidays and hope one day we come back.
