A localização é perfeita, bem no coração do centro histórico, próxima de cafés, lojas, mercado, vários bairros de restaurantes e também da praia. Viajei sozinha e não me senti insegura em nenhum momento, todas as ruas possuem câmeras e a maioria das pessoas circulando são turistas, vi poucas pessoas realmente locais passeando ou morando por ali, então a energia é bem turística. Fiquei 7 dias e consegui explorar bastante a cidade, e sempre conseguia fazer um pit-stop na casa para pegar água, ir ao banheiro, etc. É uma comodidade e um "luxo" muito bom quando se está viajando e caminhando bastante, poder parar um pouco para descansar. Mas não fui de férias, trabalhei remotamente todos os dias, e vale destacar que a internet funcionou muito bem para chamadas de vídeo inclusive. A acomodação também é boa e aconchegante, o ar condicionado funciona bem, a cozinha é bem completa de utensílios para cozinhar.

had an amazing stay in the apartment. very clean and peaceful. Ideal location to walk to all parts of Ortigia. Sebastiano and Valeria were very helpful with their local recommendations. Would stay here again 100%.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Francesco, le logement se situe à 10min à pied d’Ortygie dans une rue calme hors ZTL et où le parking est gratuit et facile. Le top du top : le tour en bateau gratuit proposé par Francesco (très arrangeant et réactif) qui nous a permis de visiter les grottes de Syracuse et de profiter d’un temps de baignade dans l’eau turquoise ! Je recommande

My mum and I had a lovely few days here. The views were stunning, the host was super communicative and helpful, and it is a very relaxing place to be. The pool is as lovely as you would expect! Highly recommend doing the hike to the ‘Laghetti Cavagrande’ as stopping off for a very wholesome and local experience at the Trattoria Eva e Zio Pippo Marino on the way home.

Staying at Marco’s place was perfect for our small family. The location is perfect, very close to Ortigia and there’s plenty of good restaurants close by. The apartment was clean and spacious. We also didn’t have any issues with finding free parking on the street. The only downside is that it can become a bit louder during the night, as it’s facing the main street, but it didn’t bother us too much.

Beautiful apartment in Syracuse on Ortigia island with side sea views from balconies and rooftop view from a terrace. Friendly host. Great location close to sea to swim and many shops and restaurants. No parking on the island but you can park for free just off the island at Porto Piccolo and we had no problems there but is a thirty minute walk. You can drop bags off to accommodation on the island between 4-7pm, and 2am-11am, but other times be careful you may be charged / towed! A truly beautiful place with great food and history.

Siamo stati accolti da Alessandra con grande entusiasmo. L'appartamento è perfetto, dalla pulizia agli spazi, al piccolo cortile privato dove abbiamo fatto le nostre colazioni. La posizione è ottimale con un comodo parcheggio, vicino ad una pizzeria eccellente, supermercato, farmacie tutto quello che può essere necessario. La vicinanza al centro ottimale con una camminata di 10/15 minuti si arriva alla bellissima Ortigia. Alessandra lascia anche un'agenda a disposizione degli ospiti con tutti i consigli utili, dai ristoranti alle spiagge più belle nei dintorni. Consigliamo vivamente questo host e la sua splendida casa. Speriamo di ritornare ancora a Siracusa e poter usufruire dello stesso alloggio. Ci siamo sentiti proprio come a casa. Un caro saluto. El departamento es moderno, todas las cosas funcionan muy bien. Está súper bien equipado con utensilios de cocina, elementos de playa, sombrilla mesa y sillas. Además cuenta con aire frío calor para la calefacción , que anda muy bien. Tiene lavadora y secadora también . La limpieza excelente y la ubicación también , tranquilo y a 10 minutos caminando hasta la isla ortigia. Daniele es un anfitrión muy amable y nos ayudó en todo. Siempre responde los mensajes en segundos y si se necesita algo lo lleva a la brevedad . Lo súper recomiendo y volvería a hospedarme allí

Wonderful stay on Ortigia. The apartment was in a great location and easily walkable to the whole island. Many great restaurants within a few blocks. Apartment was very clean. Bed and bedding were very comfortable. Owner had excellent recommendations for things to see and do plus restaurants.

We have stayed at many Airbnb's over the years but Casa's was one of the best. Even better than described. Huge apartment. Everything was thoughtfully designed. Very comfortable from the practical kitchen to the spacious bathroom. Bed was super comfortable with lots of pillows which we liked. The view was amazing with a lovely balcony. A lovely welcome basket was provided. Despite being over a busy street our apartment was peaceful and quiet. Casa was so welcoming with many suggestions as to where to go and where to eat ( which were all spot on). They proactively contacted us to allow an early check which was truly appreciated and allowed us to catch an early train and avoid the heat of the day in the gap between checking out and checking in with accommodation. We had a late flight and we were allowed to store our bags and use their "library" as a base before catching the airport bus. I cant speak highly enough of Casa's place. Brilliant!

Nous sommes restés 10 jours dans l’hébergement. Très bien placé, il se trouve à 10 minutes d’ortigia. Vous pouvez facilement garer votre voiture devant sans payer. Les hôtes sont réactifs et très gentils. Notamment Elio qui nous accueilli. Il nous a donné des conseils du début à la fin. L’hébergement parfait petit point négatif les murs sont fins donc on entends les bruits d’extérieurs pas gênant pour nous uniquement quand il y avait des travaux. Je recommande l’hébergement à 100% bon rapport qualite/prix !

Overall this is a very nice and spacious apartment, in a great location, with excellent hosts. Just be prepared for an additional four percent tourist tax and around 20€/day for parking. I would hesitate to stay here again for a short visit in Ortigia.

Appartamento perfetto per visitare l’isola di Ortigia e la costa siciliana; purtroppo non è facile trovare parcheggio nei dintorni dell’appartamento, spesso anche quelli a pagamento sono pieni. L’accoglienza è stata ottima, così come la gentilezza e la cordialità del proprietario.

SPLENDIDO! Voglio essere schietto e sincero. Utilizzo Airbnb da 15 anni forse.. alla vista di questo Loft, bellissimo, ad un'ottimo prezzo, libero a pochi giorni dalla mia prenotazione.. non volevo crederci. Sincero ero titubante che potesse esserci qualche fregatura (anche perche ho trovato pochissime recensioni), ho cmq voluto crederci e vi assicuro che ho fatto benissimo! L'appartamento è meraviglioso come da foto, se non addirittura di più. Curato in tutto e per tutto, fornito di tutto quello che può venirvi in mente.. tutto nuovo e di ottima qualità.. oltre a tutto quello descritto, ho addirittura trovato due tv, macchine del caffè con cialde, zucchero olio, pepe sale biscottini vari etc etc.. Asciugamani vari e prodotti per il bagno e per le pulizie della casa.. tutto, proprio tutto! Un servizio pari ad una stanza di hotel ma in un bellissimo appartamento! Cristina e suo marito persone meravigliose! Di decine di appartamenti affittati sicuramente uno tra i migliori! Cri grazie!!
