The house and the property are very private and the garden is beautiful. It offers many different corners inside and outside for relaxing together, but also enough opportunities to retreat. We highly recommend the stay. Shopping was no problem by car and about 5 minutes away. Many thanks to Ilenia and Elio, who were very loving hosts.

Thanks to Francesco for the quality of her welcome. The villa is as described. A pay haven facing a very beautiful valley and the view of the sea in the distance. The lemon tree gives the best lemons we took advantage of for refreshing lemonades. Francesco was very responsive when we told him about a malfunction, 1 hour after he was there to manage. thank you again.

We had a great stay! Francesco was very helpful and friendly. The place is super spacious—perfect even for larger groups, with plenty of room for everyone to relax or do their own thing. Loved the private parking, peaceful setting, and amazing views. Having three bathrooms was a big plus. The little touches like beach towels and beach chairs really made it feel like home. Highly recommend and for sure we can't wait to come back!

A peaceful quiet location away from the crowds, but close to Trapani. The photos and description accurately match the house. The living area is a great place to relax at the end of the day either cooking a meal or having a drink. Vincenza is a real pleasure to communicate with and quickly answered questions, or provided a few additional items for our stay.

Communication with Sebastiano was very good and always available. The apartment is simple, well equipped and quietly located. About 10 minutes' walk to the beach with a delicious restaurant. With the rental car, we were able to explore the cities of Marsala, Erice and Trapani without any problems. We highly recommend this accommodation and would come back anytime. Spacious and clean apartment with nice sea and mountain views. In October very quiet there. The hosts were super guest friendly and gave many tips. Close to the nice town of Castellamare del Golfo with a harbor (if you are early fresh fish directly on the quay) and many restaurants. Also nice beaches nearby. Palermo is an hour and Trapani and Erice is about half an hour. Also in Trapani here on the quay private sale of fish! Palermo is a crazy city with beautiful architecture. You must have visited! We had a wonderful week!

We had a wonderful time in the small apartment. The location was perfect for us: just a comfortable walking distance to the city center, or five minutes by bike, you are away from the hustle and bustle and we enjoyed the peace and quiet in the evening. We found the place very cozy and tidy, the bed was very comfortable and we especially liked the well-equipped terrace. Filippo / Marcello is a very prudent host and took great care of us and kindly even brought us to the ferry. Thank you!

Very well located apartment a few minutes drive from the center of Alcamo or Castellammare, supermarkets and especially the beach (less than 5 min walk). The apartment is clean and well-equipped, there is what it takes to be self-sufficient and also has a parking space in the residence. The main asset of this apartment is its large terrace with its breathtaking sunset view behind the mountains that run along the coast 🌄 I'll be back, thanks Mario!

Small but comfortable accommodation with everything you need. There were 3 of us, an adult and 2 teenagers, and we had a great time. San Vito is wonderful. If I really have to find a flaw, a mosquito came to visit us every night... and it wasn't always the same one!!

I stayed in Chiara's apartment with my wife and 2-year-old son and I must say that I was more than satisfied, apartment in excellent condition, impeccably clean and equipped with everything you need. The terrace is very spacious and for my son it was the best, secured by gates that isolate the area, he was able to move around freely (the foosball table was very welcome). Nice idea of the kitchen on the veranda and great barbecue for grilling. Strategic area to get around on the western Sicilian shore, 15 minutes from Trapani and just over from Marsala. Chiara and her husband are very nice and make you feel at home, Giuseppe and Vita, Chiara's in-laws who live on the ground floor, are 2 exceptional people, they did everything to make us feel comfortable. I highly recommend Chiara's apartment and if I return to the area I will definitely book with her!!!
