Holiday rentals with beach access in Fregenae

We had a great stay in Ostia. Sergio gave us a warm and friendly welcome and was very helpful throughout our visit. The flat was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Location is perfect — just a short walk to restaurants, the beach, and other local spots.

The hosts are very kind and provided us with very detailed and clear directions for check-in, including very useful photos. The house is very nice and clean, as in the photos. It was exactly what we were looking for. The location in the square is truly perfect! There are excellent bars and restaurants nearby, and the sea is just a stone's throw away! We had a great time!

Riccardo was extremely gracious when we arrived earlier than expected. His directions for check in were very clear and easy to follow and he provided us with some great recommendations and directions for things local to try out and see. The accomodation was very clean, the beds comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Our family with 2 adult children were very comfortable in this space and we really enjoyed the roof top terrace in the evening. The apartment is well situated in walking distance to the beach, grocery store and some great restaurants and cafes. We followed Riccardo's recommendations and were not disappointed. The above and beyond item was his help booking us a guaranteed taxi back to the airport when we were unsure and a little nervous. Thank you for everything. Highly recommend staying with Riccardo if you're visiting the area.

Great location with views of the boardwalk and ocean. Peaceful spot to stay and Luca was a great host! Bed was very comfortable and the balcony was a great spot to sit and have a meal and enjoy a drink. 10/10 would recommend and we would absolutely look to stay here again if (when) we come back to Ostia.

The apartment is beautiful, a beautiful place where you can enjoy the quiet and a beautiful terrace close to the sea and to spend peaceful evenings on the terrace. 5 stars – Amazing host and unforgettable stay in Santa Marinella! Our experience at Alessandro’s place was exceptional. From start to finish, he made everything smooth and enjoyable. Communication was quick and friendly, and the home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. One of the absolute highlights was the veranda – it's insane! Spacious, peaceful, and the perfect spot to relax. We even had the pleasure of witnessing one of his many beautiful cactus trees blossom – a truly special moment that made our stay even more memorable. Alessandro clearly puts a lot of care into the home and into making guests feel welcome. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this place without hesitation to anyone visiting Santa Marinella.

Great place for our travel plans! Gaia was a great host and made everything very easy. Apt was in convent location for us to walk around the cityas well as use our rental car to explore the region. We used public parking near by (no charge in evening from 8pm-8am) with no issues….and much cheaper than stadium parking. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

We loved at stay at this beautiful place! Andrea and Chiara were wonderful hosts, responsive, helpful and very resourceful! The accommodation was spotless and perfect for our little family of four (2 adults and 2 young children). Plenty of places to eat nearby and the view of the lake is just spectacular! We wish we could have stayed longer.

I cannot say enough about Klevin. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, gorgeous, quiet, comfortable, easy to access. Most importantly, Klevin was ALWAYS accessible to us. We were robbed in Rome and Klevin went above and beyond to help us get new passports in time to make our cruise. We owe our entire vacation to him and his kindness.

We greatly enjoyed our stay with proximity to the beach. A nice place to relax before our flight home. The host helped us book a shuttle to the airport which was very helpful. We really liked the functional design of this seaside condo.

Fabiana’s home is a little treasure. So much care and attention to creating a little beach getaway. Comfortable bedding, all the wonderful amenities and a fabulous, responsive host. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop living space to watch the sunset or simply to relax. Walkable to the beach and a great restaurant. Close to airport which made it easy to make our connection along with Fabiana’s shuttle recommendation. Fabiana was always prompt and so helpful in responding to our needs or questions. A wonderful host! Highly recommend.

A wonderful apartment right next to the beach. We loved it here!

Me and my partner stayed at Loredana's place at the end of Sept. After a very long busy day of touring in Rome and coming to a nice quite place/neighborhood at night just to relax felt amazing. Parking was easy to find on the streets at night. The beach was really close by nice catch for sunsets and sunrise. We really enjoyed our stay at Loredana's place and would come back again in the near future. Co-host/host was very responsive and accommodating. Thank you for having us!

We only stayed at Matteo’s place for one night but we enjoyed our stay. He was very clear on instructions on how to get in and find everything we needed. It’s a great location! Directly across the beach and really close to the airport (which is why we chose it)

Very warm welcome. Mattia was understanding and supportive despite a delayed arrival. We were offered a shuttle service at a very reasonable price for transport from the airport to the Airbnb as well as for our departure the next day. We really enjoyed it. Thank you! We were offered small snacks and the bathroom was equipped with different products that could be useful if needed. Small touches are appreciated! Place was very clean as well as a super responsive host! She helped set up private transfer to the airport which was extremely helpful. Very close to airport and walkable to restaurants. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!
