The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dining area and a living room. The two bedrooms and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a balcony with a beautiful view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral, gut auch zu Fuß vom Bahnhof aus zu erreichen. Sie ist kürzlich aufwendig renoviert worden, mit einer modernen Küche mit Spülmaschine, Smart TV und einer sehr großzügigen Terrasse ausgestattet. Die Innenstadt ist in sehr kurzer Laufdistanz (2 min) zu erreichen und der Zubringerbus zur Ski Station und die Langlaufloipe sind quasi vor der Haustüre. Bergblick auf der Terrasse ist inklusive, der Parkplatz ist hinter dem Haus.
